This movie theater is a really great place to watch a movie and the rewards program is really great and the sound system is awesome

I really enjoy movies at AMC Theaters. While searching for ways to countdown time as we waited for our flight back home to Dallas, my kids and I decided to watch a movie at this location. The lobby and restrooms were clean, and the staff was friendly. We ordered a large bucket of popcorn that was nice and warm when we received it.  We are used to the reclining, leather seats at our AMC theatre back home, so we were a little disappointed that this theater had cloth seats that did not recline. The cloth seats also did not appear to be very clean, and there were crumbs in our seats that we had to wipe off before sitting down.  Overall, the movie was great and we had some laughs. This was the perfect way to spend some family time.

So cold, so cold, freezing! Didn't enjoyable at all! Bring blanket and worm cloth if you planing to come

I went to see a movie today and it was so cold in the theater. I froze. My nose was so red when I got out. I purchased popcorn and a Coke. Coke tasted flat and the popcorn has no taste. This place sucks!

This movie theater is located inside of a mall. The parking lot is a little bit weird. No super close parking but its not too bad.They have 2 lines one for premier members and one for other people. If you pre-purchased your tickets however you can cut the line and go up to the machine at the counter and get your tickets printed there. If you pre-ordered food or drinks that will be on the counter waiting for you. It was actually pretty easy. You will need your email with the confirmation code. Picking the seats in advance was quite nice. The seats were cozy. Though we did have to ask someone to move from our seats. Not the theaters fault. Those people just decided to sit where they wanted.The sound was good. The seats comfy. The theater cozy. We were happy with our experience and if in the area we would come back again.The reason for the 4 stars mostly has to do with the parking lot situation more than anything.

I'm not really a fan of movie theaters located in malls; idk, I just get a weird vibe them. This one was actually really nice inside and the reserved seating was ridiculous!!! The seats were super comfy and really spaced out. We came to watch Free Guy (good movie!) and I bought tickets to the IMAX screen without realizing it until we walked in to grab our seats. The screen was MASSIVE and the sounds was excellent!! Overall I had a good experience here. Easy in and out, seating was good, and they had a good selection of snacks.

This is a pretty average theater across the board and about what you'd expect from a mainstream movie-going experience. And that's not high praise. Lots of lines, ridiculously over-priced concession items, upselling for literally everything, and "bare minimum" levels of cleaning to avoid looking like it's been abandoned. On the plus side, the food was at least decent (i.e., edible). We naturally avoided the popcorn (over-cooked, poor prep), but the hotdogs, pretzels, and curly fries were perfectly fine. Once again, putting aside the price tag. The movie experience was also average. At least once the show started... after *27 minutes* of ads, trailers, and other useless stuff. The seats were OK, the screen was on the smaller side for the auditorium size, and the audio was acceptable. At least it wasn't too quiet/loud, and there was enough rumble to give you that "big screen" feel. In either case, I consider this an overall positive. As it reminded me why I stopped going to theaters in the first place. We only came here as we were traveling on vacation and the weather limited our options on this particular day. At least we didn't have any annoying patrons to deal with. But theaters have seriously got to step it up if they want to remain relevant. Or people will go back to watching movies at home. And with how expensive it is (for what you get), you'd be surprised how quickly it adds up, and how long that goes toward building your own home theater.

The worse movie theatre in COS. The popcorn tastes like blah/bland no flavor. The soda at least coke tastes like more carbonation than flavor. I've been here several times and learned my lesson. Very bad soda, popcorn. The seats are even the old style. ICON theaters has my business for now on!!!!! Today , AMC didn't have the heat on we all were complaining about the cold!!! Rediculous!!!!

Bought tickets online, got to theater and their scanner wouldn't scan the QR code. Had to stand around waiting for someone to figure out how to confirm my tickets. Also is 37 degrees outside and even colder in theater, no heat on at all. Seats were old, uncomfortable, and very little space for leg room.
