Ambli Global Cuisine

Another great meal at Ambli! Spicy tuna crispy rice is a given we must get. This time we also got the crabmeat sushi (it came with 5 pieces instead of the 4 as stated in the menu. My husband enjoyed it. I got the ribeye tacos. I didn't think anything could top the crispy rice but these were great: tender ribeye on a bed of crispy cheese, on a corn shell. A bit messy but sooo good! The cucumber drink was also fresh and tasty. Though it comes in a nonalcoholic version price is comparable. I stuck to the one drink and enjoyed it tremendously

Wow!There's one thing called going out to eat, and then there's going out for a dining experience. My first visit to Ambli was the latter.From the very welcoming hostess, to the ambience (formal yet very casual), and to the extremely knowledgeable and courteous wait staff, this place was a delight. Even with the Saturday evening rush, the hostess came over multiple times to check on us (making sure to remember our names), and the wait staff were diligently serving each table, while making sure our drinks were filled and courses were not delayed. I was impressed with the seasonal varieties on the menu (veggie options galore), and the flavorful dishes with a very respectable serving size. I especially loved the Huitlacoche Tacos and the kuku paka chicken. The drinks are A+ as well. Looks likes I have found my new go-to restaurant when I'm in the mood to jazz it up!

Tonight was our first visit to Ambli and I must say....it was totally worth the hype. The food was great, cocktails were great, service was great AND I appreciated the owner greeting us and making sure all was well. It is totally a food "experience." I'm already looking forward to our next visit.

Back again! Friday lunch with my wife! Again fantastic place! Great service provided by Colin and Angie always takes great care of us! We ordered the new Panini sandwich and it did not disappoint! The sandwich was so big we shared and the chips and dip were as good as always! Love the seasoning and the spicy margaritas are always a welcome way to start our weekend!Great location and love the pace and solitude...

Ambli offers delicious global cuisine, romantic ambiance and personable staff, making it the perfect place for a special occasion. I was impressed with their thoroughness and willingness to accommodate my dietary preferences. They were happy to modify any dish to be plant based; I ordered the kaku paku without chicken and they created a flavorful dish of vegetables, rice, naan and Indian spices that was spectacular. The cocktail menu is as wonderful as the food menu and I loved the ruby grapefruit cosmo. It had the essence of citrus and grapefruit with a sweet finish. The restaurant is tucked away in university village and full of modern light fixtures and interesting murals. It's Colorado springs' best kept secret!

Oh my gosh. Cannot say enough good things about this spot. The interior is super hip and chic. We sat in the lounge area in a great booth. I was so grateful for such kind service while we were there. They helped walk us through the menu and gave great recommendations. The hibiscus lemon drop was AMAZING. Not too sweet and complimented with the perfect amount of tart. We had a mix of several things, but my favorite was the garlic prawn. Oh wow was it incredible. I can't wait to go back (literally made reservations the same night).

I've heard good things about this place and I had a friend visiting town so we decided to come have a meal here. We arrived a bit early, and as we waited to sit down we took in the place. The decorations are beautiful and it has a relaxed and sophisticated atmosphere. Since our table was ready we didn't wait long to sit down. From the hostess, to the server, everyone was super nice and attentive. Looking through the menu they have a ample selection of wines and cocktails. I went with the Manhattan's Envy and it was delicious. To start we got the Veggies 3 Ways (the Brussel sprouts and the potato wedges were my favorite, the cauliflower tasted too much like egg for me) and the Indian Chaat (new dish) I thought it could've been better warm and the fried naan was too chewy. For my entree I had the Chef's roasted veggie platter, I quite enjoyed this dish the combination of the tomatillo sauce with the roasted avocado and the rest of the ingredients was quite interesting. And to finish we had the flan, it was quite tasty but overdone. It was a nice experience although I'm not sure the food matched the price and that's why it's a 4 stars for me.

We came here on Tapas Tuesday to sample a few small plates and everything was absolutely incredible and so unique! The Chimichurri Lamb Lollipops had such a unique combination of seasonings and flavors and they just melt in your mouth. The lobster shooters with the delicious curry lived up to the photos I had seen. When you order these, just double your order up front. You'll definitely want more! The BBQ Pork Plantain Tostones were a bit of a dark horse for me. My Dream Man ordered that plate, and I'm so glad he did! The flavors and textures went above and beyond what I expected. The service is off the charts as well! I look forward to trying more of the menu very soon!

OMG, what an amazing dining experience in Colorado Springs at Ambli Global Cuisine. Reservations are strongly suggested and the ambiance is tranquil and upscale. A fixed price menu is available, great appetizers, tapas or entrees. The drink menu is extensive. Our waiter, Austin was fabulous at guiding us through the selections. After surveying our choices, we elected to try multiple appetizers and small plates enabling us to taste more delicious creations. We started with the crispy rice bites topped with tuna tartar and spicy aioli. They had a nice crunch and a perfect bite size. Four lobster shooters were in a lemon grass / coconut milk broth that was tasty and filling. A complete shocker were lightly fried sweet potato cakes with corn, sirachi spicy chili oil and coconut flakes. This blew us away and now I must figure out how to do this at home. I tip my empty forks to the chefs, an exceptional job, done well. I thought we had reached the pinnacle until the spicy goat cheese with caramelized onions, red pepper jelly and tomato puree served over grilled sourdough bread. The grilled bread was drizzled with balsalmic vinegar. These dishes were created by the master chef's at Ambli Global Cuisine and they made our evening memorable and delightful. The service was 5-star and only surpassed by the food and innovative flavor combinations. Hands down this was one of the best meals we have experienced in Colorado. Thank you Ambli Global Cuisine for an exceptional dining adventure. UNBELIEVABLE and we will be back here or in Denver.

It's pretty rare to find a dining experience and food that makes you say, "WOW!"Every time, this place impresses. New menu JUL 2024, many same favorites, and several new experiences added. Nice variety of pricing and cuisines. Forgot to take a photo of "tour of India" but it was so delicious and large! Staff always friendly. Classy ambiance with comfortable seating and tables. Best restaurant in Colorado Springs.
