Alpine Culinary

Dana was wonderful. She communicated clearly up front during the planning process. She was flexible in adjusting the menu when we requested changes. Upon arrival she was organized and kept on schedule but was flexible enough to accommodate a tardy arrival. She was pleasant, explained what she was preparing and why she prepared the food the way she did. She engaged with our guests in a friendly and educational manner and shared ideas for our guests for future events - which our guests were extremely excited about. The quality of the food was great. The presentation was excellent and everything tasted wonderful. Her desserts were the highlight. While I am not typically a fan of red velvet cake, hers spoiled me for future versions. I highly recommend Dana and we look forward to hosting an event where she presides as an instructor at our cooking class.

We hired Dana for our intimate wedding dinner with two weeks notice, and are so happy that our paths crossed. Besides the food being absolutely amazing, she was SO great to work with. The dinner was the one part of the day I didn't have to worry about because Dana was SO organized and on top of it. Not only that, but she was so flexible in making a custom menu out of all of our favorite dishes, and everything she suggested was divine. We were so impressed and would hire her again in a heartbeat.
