Alpha Jumpers

Not only was the jump house we reserved a hour and a half late, the delivery driver was extremely rude and even used vulgarity around several children at our party. WILL NEVER USE NOR RECOMMEND THEM AGAIN.

These guys are amazing!! Yesterday was my son's birthday party and my friend was supposed to bring her bouncy house but only 1.5 hours before the birthday party told me that it is broken. Our son knew about the bouncy house and was so excited. I didn't want to disappoint him so I immediately searched for companies and called. The first one couldn't help us out and was quite unfriendly, too. I then called Alpha Jumpers and they were fantastic! They were so nice - genuinely tried to help me and were able to squeeze me in...on a Saturday!! I was given 3 available bouncy house options and was promised delivery within the next hour!!! They arrived and set it up before the party even started!! Thank you so much for your outstanding customer service and saving the day!! The kids had so much fun and we had a very happy birthday kid :) We can't recommend you enough!!

Alpha Bouncers is number one in inflatiable fun. Dan showed up 15 mins early and the fun started as soon as he set the 15'x15' standard jumper. We had 22 kids at our sons birthday party and they jumped and bounced for 9 hours straight and the jumper stood up to them like a champ. If you want to make your next party or event number one then you need to call Dan and he will make your party awesome like he did our's thanks Dan...

Best bounce house rental!!!! Easy, affordable and efficient service. I've worked with several companies, and Alpha Jumpers so far has been the most easy, professional and seamless rental bounce house to work with. Will be my go to now for future events. I decided to throw a birthday party last minute for my daughter and called Alpha Jumpers for a 15x15 bounce house rental! They arrived early which was a huge plus and the bounce house was a huge hit with all the kiddos. It was very nice and clean. The setup and takedown was very professional and Cesar, the owner, was very personable! Their prices were very reasonable when compared to many others in the Springs. I would highly recommend Alpha Jumpers for your next outdoor adventure rental! I will definitely be using them again.

Less than one star would be my recommendation. Don't bother with this company. Called to ask some basic questions while planning my children's birthday and was treated rudely and even in the middle of a question told "no, bye" and hung up on. Extremely sad service.Edit: I did end up messaging this company on Facebook and had a very good experience with Angela.

We had 107 kids at our annual PoA picnic this year. The Jumpers (we had two) were in CONSTANT use from the time they were inflated until the end of the event, and beyond. I HIGHLY recommend renting the Obstacle Course. It is much bigger and allows the kids to compete through two separate paths. Dan and his crew have been providing us jumpers and canopies for the past three years. Sure is nice to have them do all the "heavy lifting". They do a quick and efficient set-up with everything right where we want it. We will be using them again, and again. THANKS Dan.

Awesome service. They were there about 10 minutes prior to the time I requested and had the bounce house set up in no time. The size was great and the price was the best I could find in town. These guys will be my go to for bounce houses. Thank you for the great service.

We rented a bounce house from this company for my son's second birthday bash and they were excellent! Besides a totally fun bounce house, the owner was as flexible and customer-saavy as it gets. We had to cancel the order the night before because the weather forecast called for rain and temps in the 40's. There was no penalty or cancellation fee and the owner told me if I changed my mind to let him know any time the day of the party. Well, wouldn't you know it, the weather guys got it wrong and it was in the 50's and partly sunny with no rain, so we called Alpha Bouncers at 2 o'clock in the afternoon and he rushed a huge boat bounce house with animals all over it to us within an hour, just in time for our party. It was an upgrade and at no extra charge. It was the hit of the party and Alpha Bouncers were on the ball. Highly recommend doing business with them and I will definitely use their services again.
