Aloha Bbq & Ramen

First review of 2025! This was the meal I didn't know I needed. I wanted something filling but that wouldn't weight me down. I saw a picture of the chicken bbq and knew that was for me. I'm not a huge fan of bbq sauces, which is where my mind wanders first, not the fact that it's a nicely marinated piece of chicken cooked on a bbq....For the price, you get a very healthy serving of chicken! It pairs very well with the rice and pasta salad (which I normally don't like but devoured this time). I also grabbed some edamame and a Thai tea. Really delicious meal!

Just tired this place. You can tell they take care of this place. It is very clean. Quick service. Got my freshly made food in about ten minutes. The food was really good but I didn't like the chicken musubi. I just don't think I like that taste. But I can't wait to come back to try more. I would recommend this place for a good lunch or takeout for dinner. Can't wait to come back and try the loco moco!

I went here and ordered food for $77 plus a $16 tip. Part of this was 2 large orders of macaroni salad. They give you your food in takeout bags that are tied up, so you can't really check them before you go.When I got home, instead of the macaroni salad I had ordered, they had given me steamed rice costing $17. I could have made the same amount of rice at home for about $1, so figure in a restaurant it would have been $4 or $5 of rice. Rice is not expensive.Nevertheless, I was very clear about ordering the macaroni salad, and I even asked her to show me the difference between the large and the small size, which she did, so she knew I was ordering macaroni salad. The guy who packaged the order together was also standing right there.When I called, many times, it just went to voicemail. They have a web site but no e-mail. No fax. No one returned my calls or did anything to make it right.I don't mind mistakes, but I do mind very much when they don't do anything to fix them. I would have taken the correct order or a credit at the restaurant or a refund. Instead, I got $17 of rice.

No one has commented on the Ramen, so I thought I would give it a try. Not bad.Not the best I have had in town, but not bad. I added the other half of egg, it normally comes with just a half egg.

Ordered the Hawaiian BBQ Chicken Plate and beef Musubi. Loved the flavor of the bbq chicken, and how moist it is. I ordered the beef musibis as I wanted to try something different from spam, but I would say stick with spam. The spam's saltiness blends well with the seaweed of the musibi, which the beef didn't have. The beef was good, but didn't pair as great with the seaweed. Food came at decent time as they cook it fresh to order. There was plenty of room on the inside, and service was quick and easy.

I REALLY want to love this business! The food is great! The service however is not acceptable. As I'm standing at the counter ready to order, the girl makes eye contact with the gentlemen behind me, who walked in after I was already standing there, and asks to help him. It was out of this other customers politeness that he told the employee I was first. She then took my order. This is not right, not fair and shouldn't have to be pointed out. When it came time for my order to be ready, the same girl placed it on the counter called my number and turned around to continue what she was previously doing. No, thanks for coming, no eye contact, nothing. Back turned busy with other things. The food is what earned the stars. The service will keep me from coming back. Loose the girl w the chip on her shoulder working Christmas Eve.

The ramen is deeeeelicious! Something I constantly crave. The broth is delicious and portion huge. So good! Highly recommend!

4.5 stars rounded up. This place is good. Stopped by on our way to the Garden of The Gods. Honestly surprised that there aren't that many reviews. I'm glad we took the chance. I got the bbq chicken and shrimp plate while my bf got the bbq chicken and beef. Definitely a lot of food. Pretty affordable for two people as well. The staff is super friendly. I'd recommend this place to anyone stopping by or locals in the area.
