Albertacos

Disliked our meals here ..... ordered a couple of mini Burritos...... bland taste ..... very dry...... other half ordered two tacos ...... again bland and tasteless...... green and red salsa taste like low quality restaurant supply house brand ..... we truly could not finish the meal ..... chips were ok, as well as the fries ..... will not be returning......

100 BELOW ZERO stars for customer service... i cant believe i wasted the capital letters writing that.. had to select the one star in order to "post review"Was there earlier tonight 6:05pm, 6/24/22, ordered and paid for our meal. Didn't get our food til 712pm. Why? Because the girl up front forgot to submit our ticket to the cook line...‍ if it wasn't for my wife to ask how much longer it was gonna take (after 45 minutes of waiting), we would probably STiLL be there... like idiots!!! The worst. No complimentary drink or at least a freakin flour tortilla for our wasted time! Forget that, we all shoulda got our order for free!!!! just Ruined our appetites... Attn: Mgmt., replace her with someone with a little more compassion or care about your establishment. No need to terminate, just Retrain or keep her away from the front please... didn't help that she rolled her eyes when i asked for a bag to take the cold food home. Cold, cause no one could eat after being humiliated... over a dozen cars came and went at the drive thru and we're sitting in there not knowing our order wasn't even IN.... And We were the ONLY ones in there!!!!! It didn't even dawn on her that MAYBE we were there to eat something!I actually like the food there, (good job to the cooks, as always!) but that girl up front just lost us... Never again....

We tried one more time. There was no flavor and the chicken was very dry. I was told they would put my name on the board for a replacement and we won't to get them and was told there was nothing for me.

Never again will I eat here. I ordered our food to go got home and my tacos were hard as a rock . My sons as well. They forgot the cheese on my husbands beans . The horchata barley had any cinnamon. I've always liked them . I don't know if they changed management or something but the last two meals I have been extremely dissatisfied with. When you try and call to talk to a manager it goes to a voicemail that's full. So buyer beware this food is not as good as it used to be. For $58 yes I expected my food to be edible and I expect to be able to talk to a manager if there is an issue. Do yourself a favor go to Taco Salsa instead.

If I could give no stars I would. This place was terrible!!!! The girl at the front had no idea what she was doing, I think she was high. She was incredibly rude, after our order took 40 mins because she forgot about it, we asked for a refund and she got an even bigger attitude and said the issue wasn't her fault. Even though she works here. When I asked to speak to a manager she refused to allow me to or give me their name. The absolute worst experience I've every had here. WILL NOT BE BACK AND DO NOT RECOMMEND. Make the drive and go to the other location.

It's been great lately. Seems cleaner and the food has been very tasty. No complaints! This is for the one on Austin bluffs and Barnes. Co sprgs.

I have been to this restaurant several times and the food was great. I always order the same thing Carne Asada Fries in the drive thru todays was just awful!! It had way too much salt (or spice), cheese and beef hardly any fries. It's always great when you get more beef, but this was disgusting!! This did not taste like of any mexican food I've had before, it was more like (sorry to say) white person tried to make it. Another thing that was different was the tall white dude taking the order and not the hispanic male or female that usually do. Are there new owners?!

this review is about the albertacos in cypress california.The cashier and the cook were talking happily and left the line unattended for more than 15 minutes, even the drive through was with cars and when I complained they did not pay attention to me, I will not go back there.

I don't know why this place has such bad reviews! Their carne asada burritos are crazy. The meat is very juicy and flavorful and the guac, pico, and salsa are good too. My boyfriend loves ordering it as is but I like asking for beans and/or lettuce too. Their beans and rice are also tasty.I WILL say that their cheese enchiladas were terrible though I'd pass on that hahaha it was shredded like Mexican blend cheese or something and wasn't melted all the way. The sauce wasn't bad though!

This by far was the worst Mexican food I've ever had. So much so, that I actually went out of my way to write a review (I never write reviews). After an $80 delivery for a family of four, I had high hopes that I was going to get what I payed for. Holy hell. Not only does this restaurant not believe in seasonings, they don't believe in the basic necessity of salt. Don't waste your money. Go to Taco Bell.
