Albany of Pueblo Event Center

The venue itself is very nice. The staff however is a different story. I recently attended a wedding and the staff ruined the reception by staying around and complaining about the guests behavior. With all due respect , they need to rent the venue and not oversee the entire event . I would have asked for a refund for the way the staff acted.

I rented this hall for a Nov 10th Birthday Party Chris the man in charge was there to take my money and rent the hall I had to give him $100.00 deposit to hold the hall he advised the refund would be given back the week after the party today is Jan 9, 2019 and still no deposit he said he mailed it to me and then said he would meet me the following week to give me my deposit well every i go to the Albany the place is locked up I know he runs too other business from there but he tells me by email that he is out of town I heard from other venders that this is the way he operates also he does not let you decorate the hall unless you pay extra I have had many weddings 25th and 50th anniversary parties and the decorating is included with the hall rental the place is beautiful but the management sucks !!! I'm trying to find out who owns the place I don't think Cris does because if he did he would care a little bit more about his business and be there to see if any one wanted to rent his place and he us not. People that don't care don't succeed.
