I didn't get the opportunity to do business with this company but I have entered and browsed. They have always been very friendly and I felt very welcome. They have so many beautiful different rugs! For now I can dream of owning one

We purchased our first area rug from Aladdin's Rug Gallery in 2014. After nine years with two dogs and heavy foot traffic it cleans easily with regular vacuuming and still looks and acts new! We have been so happy with it that we decided last year to furnish our whole house in area rugs when we had the wall to wall carpeting replaced with hardwood floors. Their prices are reasonable given the high quality of their rugs and they will give discounts to repeat customers which makes these rugs even more affordable. And the suburb customer service provided by Patricia and Ash has been so appreciated. We are extremely pleased with how all of the new rugs are holding up with lots of dogs and people coming and going in our house. When is this place open, as its always closed when I want to stop by. Also, never see people in the store, seriously in like the 20-30 yrs that place had been there, has anyone seen patrons?

No doubt about it. Really pretty rugs but VERY expensive. Don't know how they stay in business with all that inventory sitting there. Not many people can walk I and drop $7000 on a rug every day

We needed two rugs for our new home and found the perfect ones at Aladdin's! The service was excellent. Pat was extremely helpful, patient, and allowed us to take rugs home to make sure they were appropriate before we purchased them. We spent a lot of time and took home several rugs to check. The staff was as courteous, patient, knowledgeable and helpful as are the owners. Thank you so much, for our beautiful rugs!
