We hired a couple ponies for my three-year old's birthday party. He was lukewarm on the pony concept but it was a big hit with everyone else.We paid $250 for two ponies (simultaneously) for one hour. Precious ponies came to our house and walked the kids (on ponies) up and down the sidewalk. They also put nice festive ribbons in the ponies tails and were helpful getting the kids up on to the saddle and back down again. All in all a positive experience and I would use them again.

i called them to schedule a test run with my 3 year old for his birthday party. upon calling he acted as if he had no idea what i was talking about and then realized i was talking about the ponies. he asked me when i would like to come in and i told him "anytime this week would work". he specifically replied back "well, it better be because i'm going to the campground this weekend." told him i would call back to make my appointment but never did because of his poor customer service. spent my money on buying a bounce house instead.

I have not hired this company, however, saw them driving this weekend. I would not hire them based upon this, as it is clear that these ponies are just a commodity to this business. It was 92 degrees out when I saw them, and their "precious" pony was tacked up in its saddle in the trailer. This is extremely unsafe for the horse for many reasons and is a risk that most horse owners would never take. Not only could this poor horse overheat very easily in the heat with a full western saddle on, but the saddle could get hooked or snag on parts of the trailer (the pony was moving around in the trailer and could reach the sides) and get seriously injured. I was behind them for at least twenty minutes and they were still going when I exited. I would not want to give money to a company that treats its horses this way.
