Adolfo's Mexican Food

Shoutout to Adolfo's for always being there when that late night hunger strikes. From my high school days ( many moons ago) to today Adolfo's always comes in clutch when you need some decent food late at night.The breakfast burritos are always fresh, no matter the time of day and the rolled tacos are a fun treat. I always love the red and green sauce as they give you just enough heat to keep wanting more.One of these days I'll have Adolfo's during normal business hours, but for that late night hunger it can't be beat.

On Sunday, November 26th, 2023, I drove a Lyft ride that took me down to Pueblo from Thornton. As I was doing rides down there, I decided to stop here for dinner. I ordered a combination plate with a beef burrito, beef enchilada, refried beans, rice, & salsa. I also ordered a side of guacamole for an extra cost. It was an authentic style fast food Mexican restaurant. I found the food good, but it wasn't excellent. I find similar to the Almansita's chain in Fort Collins and Greeley. I did like that burrito had a homemade tortilla though. The shredded beef had enough flavor. The rice and beans were okay. I did enjoy the creamy guacamole. The service was a little bit slow, but they were doing a lot of to-go order. The restaurant was small, but clean enough. This place isn't worth making a long trip to Pueblo, but this location in Pueblo West would be an adequate quick meal.

For a breakfast burrito my burrito was made with using French Fries as the majority of ingredients. I ordered 2. Both made the same way.

We order From Uber Eats. The food was meh. We ordered steak fries. They were ok. Also we ordered a chimichanga. It was better than other cheap place but worse than the ones you buy at Walmart in the frozen isle. Re fried beans were salty. Who adds salt to those beans? Rice was ok.

Some of the best Mexican food ever! Highly recommend! Supper fast and always hot! Thanks for what you do!

Easy to love foods that you know aren't good for you to eat. Quick delicious and cheap my go to on a day when I just want to eat and not waste time. I have the pozole on the regular here and it is always mostly pork and delicious sopa. The California is good and who doesn't love 12am chili cheese fries? If your looking for fine dining and experience keep going if you're looking for delicious Tex mex comfort foods then stop on in.

Great and as far as I can tell authentic Mexican food. Their California burrito is great. While there's not much "atmosphere" to be found here, the food more than adequately takes the place of that! It's a well lit diner-kinda look to the place where you can easily here the cooks and the wait staff speaking to each other in Spanish. It seems that most of the customers get their food here then leave with it to eat elsewhere. And the prices are quite reasonable. I highly reccomend Adolphos when you want some filling and delicious but not too hard on the pocketbook Mexican food!

Hands down the best Mexican place in town, it's a staple of Pueblo if you haven't tried it yet pop by one of the 3 places and get yourself a California. The staff is wonderful especially the dude in the Pueblo location.

The food. I've seen the quality of food and what you pay for decline slowly over time. I payed over $10 for a bag of French fries wrapped in a tortilla. Go to super taco by the college. It's better and cheaper and cleaner.

Been to the Pueblo West location numerous times. The food here is okay, just not as tasty as the locations in town. For example, this place seems to cut corners by skimping on the cheese and guacamole that goes on the rolled tacos. Unfortunately, my orders are usually missing something and I don't realize it until I'm home. Although they may try to make it right by asking if I can go back for the correct order, I'm not driving back. Being facetious, I also ask if they would instead deliver to me. Of course not. I'll keep supporting this place but wish these issues would improve.
