The staff are always so helpful and their prices on firearms is almost unbeatable, and believe me, I've looked. Adam, Rambo and Jim have always treated me with respect and have always given me the correct information when requested. Trust me, if you're in the market for a firearm, check them out. You won't regret it. The prices on their ammo is always competitive and are more the willing to negotiate with you so that you leave a happy camper. Thank you guys for being awesome and equipping me with the tools I desired. You'll definitely be seeing me again, real soon.

They will lie to you with a smile, nothing but sharks after your vehicles that are in great condition! I hope they never sell the one they got out of us! My husband wasn't working and pawned his 09 charger to pay our bills and to keep us from becoming homeless! The jerk on Academy and Bijou lied to us about the terms, yes part of it was our own fault for even doing such a stupid thing! DON'T PAWN YOUR CAR, THERE ARE OTHER OPTIONS OUT THERE!!!!

If I could go less than a star I would.Purchased what seemed to be a great guitar steal from here (Fender USA made telecaster). Told that I purchase it "as-is" as they had already swiped my card, without telling me what was wrong with it (not cosmetically). Get the guitar to my guitar techs and come to find out that the repair job is more than what the guitar was priced at. Priced at nearly $600 dollars, I paid only $70 less than that.They tried bullying me into keeping the guitar...redeeming factor: they let me return in...at a significant $ loss.

STOP!!! DONT DO IT !!! Treat military like shit ! How am I supposed to buy a guitar If I can't try it out ? Manager with beard is obviously an uncultured swine and knows nothing about music, told me " what we're not gonna do is try everything out" very disappointing. This place seemed super affordable but I definitely won't be coming back !!!

i was in some serious trouble with a 4000.00 cash only bond. i reluctantly went to a pawn shop to pawn my vehicle. omg the father and son team was impressive. they were sooooo kind and understanding and helped me with a substantial loan with in about ten minutes. the shop its self is so clean and organized and giant!. when i came back to get my vehicle, there was a 200.00 charge i had missed. they waived the charge and chopped it up to good costumer service and in hopes to gain a continued future costumer. and they did...i will only go to this pawn shop! wonderful experience during the most difficult time in my life.thank you guys!melodie layla norcrossreal customer

Avoid this place the say broken equipment and will not even think about even giving you store credit. But if your looking for a place to throw away money this is a good place for you.

So it has its ups and downs. I like Jim, despite his high strung ness, and the lady (name unknown). All the other people treat you like your dumb. I had a simple "yes" or "no" question and they went on this morning hole stupid explanation. If it's not Jim they do not do their correct research when giving you an offer. They find the lowest end they can possibly find. They try to offer 1/8 instead of 1/3 like most other places. That said, once I get my stuff back I will not go back to this facility. My suggestion is go to a different one.
