Accolade Fitness

This gym worked well for me and my husband for the 4 months we were members.The gym was never packed and machines were always available-- which means there's never overcrowding. The equipment was always clean and there were always paper towels and cleaner available for members to use before and after use of equipment. Staff was always friendly and gym members were also friendly and respectful of other members.This gym is a great neighborhood gym that isn't fancy but it's super affordable. It's a small gym that is simple and meets your workout needs.I highly enjoyed working out here a few times a week but unfortunately because of Covid, my husband and I cancelled our membership. I'm sure we'll join this gym again once things continue to improve. Thanks Accolade Fitness!

The fitness club is conveniently located in a quiet area off of busy Garden of the Gods Rd West. Staff are very nice and attentive to patrons, helpful, and made me feel welcome on the 3 free days they gave me to use the gym and consider whether or not I wanted to become a member. The men's locker room was nice, clean, everything was in working order, and the three gym rooms with weights had every weight machine commonly used today, clean, neat, new-looking, and they had TVs that you could watch set up high, and Live TV on many of the cardio machines. It's a good, reasonable deal for $29/month. The parking lot was large, and the club is in a nice, safe part of the city.

Best gym, plenty of options. There are multiple machines and weights to work on. The facility is always clean and updated.

Had an issue with my card on file, went into the gym and used a new card to square up and get a ONE-month membership and stop my reoccurring payments as a member. After the clerk FAILED to present me a form and three months go by, I get a letter in the mail stating that I owe money for a membership up to this date.I call and speak to the Manager Cassie, and she is completely rude and refuses to take accountability for a failure from her staff. She says that the miscommunication was MY fault and that I can speak to the owner on Monday.This place could care less about anything than your monthly dues, I would find a better spot.

Just FYI channels were fixed shortly after my last review. Love this gym ! Clean and enough equipment you don't have to wait around for a machine to clear. Mixture of people who are there to work out . Very comfortable and inviting !

Terrible, terrible, terrible gym. The owners care more about their employees, especially upper management, than they do about the memeber!!!! Dirty facilities and bathrooms.

I have been a member since Accolades opened. This morning I could get every channel but Fox. I moved from bike, treadmill, etc, and CNN is always the first channel to come on. This is not the first time and when I asked why no one had an answer. About 4 other times this year I have not been able to see it or hear it. I just want to know why it's the only channel having issues?

Highly recommend Accolade Fitness. They have everything you need and the best part is it isn't too crowded.

not pretentious gym and not overly crowded either....reasonable dues and though bit of distances e from me I enjoyed it ok!!
