I would like to update that a manager did reach out to me. She was actually really great, she listened to my concerns and I appreciate her taking the time to talk to me.Terrible customer service. I ordered contacts and the lady told me to call if I hadn't received them in two weeks. It has now been over 5 weeks and I still haven't received my contacts. I have called three different times inquiring and the tech was rude and acted like I was a nuisance. I told them that I paid a lot of money for these contacts and I expect to get them. Eventually I told them I wanted a refund and they told me they cant do that and they'd have to get a manager involved to try and get me my refund. They were supposed to have a manager call me to discuss my refund and I still haven't heard anything. You can guarantee I'll be calling every single day until I get my money back. I'll never go back and I'll definitely never order anything from this office again.

I decided to go to this place due to them being voted one of the "Best of Pueblo". Well, Pueblo's standards are lower than a snake's belly. I have lived here 3 years and customer service is virtually non-existent everywhere in this town. I gave 2 stars because I first went there mid-2019 to get an eye exam, they took my insurance, and I really liked the Doctor. I am upset that I can no longer go see that Doctor due to the rude staff! I was there for the exam, and then I got a quote for a pair of glasses that was around $250, and said I would be back after raising the money. Well, Covid and everything that shut everything down prevented me from doing that. I did purchase my own pair of frames online, so I just needed the lenses installed. When I was finally able to get into the office again, I called ahead to make an appt, and when I got there I was not allowed in the door because I don't have a cell phone, and you can't just walk in the door. So I am standing outside in the worst part of town until another customer with a cell phone gets someone to open the door. A mid-40's woman assisted me, and at first she was nice. We sat down and I explained the situation, and informed her that I had $250 for lenses, showed her the frame I brought with me. I asked her to pull open the previous quote they gave me, but she could not locate anything under my name, so I guess that was too much to ask. Next thing I know she quoted me $865 for a pair of progressive lenses. No frame or anything, just the lenses!! I was beyond shocked and starting to get very irritated as this lady was sighing, and huffing like she was upset with me. I told her I just informed you that I have $250 so what can you get me for that??? No help whatsoever...she says she can give me a 10% discount. Oh, so you can save me $80 on $865??? I have been in glasses since the 3rd grade in 1973, and have been buying glasses all my life, and even the expensive designer glasses I bought from Lenscrafters didn't cost more than $500. The lady proceeded to tell me their prices went up because of Covid. GTFO! Never go to this place...NEVER.

I went to the ABBA in Pueblo on Northern Ave. I had to return a pair of glasses and the Manager Giovanna and optometrist Yvonne were courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable in assisting me in getting the correct exchange and glasses needed for my daily use. THANK YOU FOR EDUCATING ME. I have been here 3 times in the past 7 years and been pleased with the guidance every time. They explained It all to me so I could understand and make the best choice for my lifestyle. Even the ladies at the front desk were so friendly when I walked in. A male staff member brought my friend, who was with me, an extra chair. I won't go anywhere else.

Eye exam was virtual did not go well. Needed computer glasses. Then received text saying glasses were ready for pick up went to pick them up and they couldn't be found so I was accused of stealing them. They had to order glasses again and was told because of security reasons I had to sign for them. I thought that's fine. Put glasses on and told the girl I can't see correctly..she told me give it a couple weeks I will never go back there again. Being accused of being a thief was degrading. Then ignored when I told them I can't see computer..money down the drain.

I have a medical condition that doesn't allow me to wear a full cover mask, I offered to covered my mouth with a medical mask but I need my nose to be able to breathe outside of the mask, I even have papers that say so from my doctor.Out of courtesy I called to inform and even told the lady MY ACTUAL medical condition. She said I was not allowed to come in, and that out doesn't matter what I have that's their policy. I proceeded to ask if they're above HIPPA law or ADA. She said "that's the policy" Not only they will never have my business anymore I am calling my doctor, BBB and a lawyer.Would they refuse anyone that's in a wheelchair? (As an example) JUST BECAUSE YOU CANNOT SEE A PERSON CONDITION DOESNT MEAN ITS NOT REAL. UPDATE: after speaking to the manager, whom was very polite, I was able to get an appointment and went in to get my prescription, although I did not order today for financial reasons, I will be purchasing my glasses from them this time around and for their effort I raised it to 3 stars.

Here is my experience with Abba Eyecare:I brought in frames that I had purchased online so that I could get lenses put in them. Shortly after doing so, the store closed for the pandemic. Several weeks after they reopened, I called to get an estimated date of when they would be complete and was told a manager would contact me. Two weeks went by, and I was never contacted. I called again and asked the same thing and was told the lab would contact me. Again, no one contacted me. The third time I called and asked for a manager this time and was told that my lenses had arrived, and I needed to make an appointment to bring my frames in so the lenses could be fitted. I informed the manager I had left my frames at the store when I first purchased the lenses, and she told me she would look into it. Several days later, she called to inform me that my frames had been LOST and that they were going to order new ones to replace them at no cost to me. When the frames finally arrived, and the lenses were put in, I went to go pick them up to find out that they had not ordered the correct frames to replace the ones they had lost. Needless to say, with the lack of communication and organization, I WILL NOT be a customer of this establishment in the future.On the other hand, the optometrist I saw at this location was excellent and if she ever chose to leave this establishment I would see her again.
