This is our favorite place to grab excellent Green Chili in the city. Every time we stay at Garden of the Gods, we eat here for breakfast. The burritos are great and we love that they let us buy a tub of their green chili when we leave town. Best value in the city and we look forward to always eating there.

The best lil food truck in town!!! With breakfast that taste like your momma cooked! And the green chili is out of this world, reminds me of growing up and the green chili my mom makes!!! and the green chili breakfast burrito is mouth watering!!! The coffee is amazing too! It's the kind you drink on a cold snowy morning cuddled up next to a fire packed full of flavor. I will definitely be back for seconds!!!! Good job on the amazing food an coffee!!!!! Really sweet ladies running this tiny food truck, and the food packs a punch. Green chili burrito and bowl were awesome. Kids had French toast with bacon and pancakes with bacon and it was amazing too. Would eat everyday!

We had the deluxe burrito smothered in green chili and the breakfast bowl smothered in green chili I thought they were both awesome. This truck came to our campground and it was the best meal we had all weekend! Thank you Peggy

My boyfriend and I went here on a Sunday late morning, everywhere else in Manitou was completely packed with over 40 minute waits. We walked right up to this food truck and were able to order and get our food within 10 minutes. It was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! I got the burrito bowl smothered in green Chile and my boyfriend got the fresh toast and bacon. 10/10 would recommend, better than any of the breakfast restaurants around. Would eat here every morning!!!
