Overall, I'd say it's fun, and I don't regret visiting! Pros:-Cool as heck animatronics!-Really nice actors and staff. All scare actors were great at playing along with guests.-Saw a lot of people having fun and getting spooked!-Creative sets that overall lead you the right way, but also had some unexpected areas to see.Neutral- to- cons:-Felt geared more toward a teen crowd or those not looking for "intense" haunts. -Got a drink package with a trip to the small "Attic Bar," and there was not nearly enough seating for all guests. The drinks included were 7.5oz (mini) Seagrams Escapes, with the option to pay an extra $8+ for a mixed drink (which wasn't much stronger than the Seagrams anyway). No actors were in the "bar" area, and it's very much mid-haunt, so your background noise is other guests making their way through.-Porta-potties are the bathroom option.-"Gift shop" available. Pretty minimal, but it's there if you want to get shirts or other merch.-Film pass was cute, but only one screen was functional to review what was captured. I got to see three short clips of my experience.-Took an uber, and I noticed the parking lot was packed and a small trek to the haunt.-Got a "skip the line" perk as part of our package (and arrived at our scheduled time), and it was fine in this situation... but we definitely still had a few lines to actually get to the attraction. Our total wait was about 15-20 minutes after getting through security.-Very much a conga line. We were all packed in one group after another, and this did "spoil" a lot of what was coming up.-Theming wasn't quite related to what was advertised. Definitely more just a generic "spooky" theming. This was during the Valentine's Day "Love Bites" event which it appears isn't as crowded as other times. I am not sure if this is the first haunt I'd choose once Halloween rolls around, but how often do you get a chance to visit one in February? I would be disappointed if I waited more than an hour to get into the attraction, especially because the main line is outside and leaves you at the mercy of whatever the weather is. I can't confidently say it was worth the price due to there being only a handful of actual actors and the short length of the attraction.

fair warning, i got two free tix from do303more so...i would rate it a 5/5 for experience compared to other haunted houses BUT i think i would have been salty if i had to choose at full price. i am a little salty that i paid $15/person to get a faster lane which was only fast for one of their two lanes (they "split the haunted house in two")also the upsells were excessive and mostly overpriced. a video of us for like $20? nah, i'm good. the maze was cool tho!!! they did a good job of leaving room between groups even though we eventually caught up at the end. there was a good amount of actors and really fun monster animatronics. props were good in general and there were a few very unexpected parts that genuinely scared me.

There are 2 separate haunted houses and they are both worth it!!!!There is a bit of a line but it moved pretty fast!There are pretty well organized!

We came in on opening night in 2024 and I felt like it was well organized.I'm not TOTALLY into haunted stuff, but I came with my sister who is.PARKING - definitely check out street parking before paying money in the paid lot. We paid and as we were walking to the entrance, we saw plenty street parking. BummerMAZES - They seemed really detailed and were pretty good at trying to stagger the groups. There were 2 mazes and another experience for an additional fee.The lines were long though for the 2 mazes included in the admission ticket. Every other activity was for an extra fee.

Had an amazing time last night. There is two haunted house. Which both are very well put together and the details are just amazing. The actors were just fabulous. I loved the female bartender at the bar, they had so many extra add ons that were games. They had scary people walking around. This is 100% worth every bit of the ticket price. The staff is friendly. The bathrooms are clean port a potty's. I will definitely be back again. Loved this one!

Worst haunted house in denver. This is a complete waste of time, they sell tickets for $50 each but if you go to Costco they go to Costco you can get $50 for 2. Even with that deal it's a waste.They have 2 haunted houses and with a scheduled fast pass time you'll spend about 45 minutes in each line. Each haunted house is about 10-15 minutes and it's about 5% actors, and 95% animatronics. They shove you through so fast that it gets backed up inside and you end up right behind the group ahead with the group behind in your back. When the actors jump out, because your backed up you watch the group in front of you get scared, the actors can't reset so they just look at you as you walk past. Essentially just in a line the entire time.Seriously don't come here.

I went for Krampus 2024 and the first line took 40 minutes then we stood in another line inside then we got into the 20 minute haunted house which was another LINE????? Why have us buy tickets for specific times if they just shovel people in there all at once. Scarers legit just stood there while we waited to go into the next room. Will never be going back. Gift shop was good tho

Paid $75 for a literal 12 minute haunted house. And we were stuck in a line while in the haunted house? Best part was the gift shop.

We paid the extra cost to skip the line on a Sunday. Probably was ok with a fast pass lane instead...but it was nice to just not stand and wait. The skip the line pass probably saved us 30+ mins in the cold.The place has different themed rooms which was neat. The rooms had their own perks which you wouldn't necessarily feel at other haunted house. Definitely was trippy a few times. There were a lot of animatronics...not too many people dressed up. It was good and bad. Overall...definitely would recommend it for first timers. I wouldn't come back though...probably would try another location.One recommendation is for the spacing between groups to be a bit better.
