1231 Craft Kitchen

This is actually a food truck set up between FH Brewery (local brewery on site) and Neat Whiskey House (whiskey specialties).You can eat and drink from any or all of the places and seat yourselves inside or outside. It was a pleasant, sunny day when we were there. Kids are welcome at the outdoor seating. They just have to walk with an adult to the restroom in the bar areas. The food is made freshly on site. The menu is substantial and the portions are plentiful. The service is professional, proficient and personable.

We ordered an assortment of food and it was all excellent!!!!-quite satisfying!-Atomic was Atomic!-house made tortilla chips makes the nachos fantastic!!!-tequila lime steak burrito....need I say more?Thanks 1231!!!!

Food is absolutely amazing I always get the street tacos! They are very well priced and the green salsa is to kill for! I've only encountered attitude with the female bud-tenders. Overall the service is great, definitely 10/10 recommend.

I've had the pork bites and the nachos here. They are both absolutely amazing and things I keep going back for. The outdoor area is also a great place to spend an afternoon. Great atmosphere and excellent food.

DELICIOUS- perfect flavors, served hot! The chips and salsa are my new favorite in town. I liked my standard taco and my husband loved his portobello ones! This food truck is parked right at FH Beerworks and it was simple to order and pay for everything together. We will be back.

This place has everything for the perfect hangout! Loved the outdoor fire pits and lawn setup. Very welcoming staff and atmosphere. The best part was they let us bring our two dogs to enjoy the outdoors with us. The staff spoiled our dogs with lots of attention.If you're not a huge beer or alcohol drinker then you HAVE to try their homemade Rootbeer! The taste is so smooth and has the right balance of flavors. Trust me, you can't go wrong! The food was good too. We ordered the Chicken Skirted burrito and the veggie burrito along with chips & guac. Overall if you're looking for a fun place to hang out with friends, this is it! Be sure to bring a blanket with if you're going at night because they only have 2 fire pits that fill up quickly.

This review is only for the food truck and not for FH Brewery. The beer there is fine. The food, at 1231, though, has really gone downhill. We've eaten there numerous times, and the food was a great compliment to the beers. During 2020, however, each time we ordered, the food became blander. Out of love for the brewery we went again on 12/26. We had the standard chicken tacos. There was absolutely no flavor. The chicken tasted like it came from a crockpot. No flavor! This was strike 4 or 5. While we will still visit the brewery, we'll no longer order food. I'm giving 3 stars because our drinks were good and we didn't leave starving.

Yum, tacos and burritos and nachos! I really enjoyed the number of options available, including gluten-free options. The gluten-free options are what made this food truck a 5 (rather than a 4) shar restaurant; the chips were AMAZING but I didn't prefer how sweet the pork was (my husband disagreed) and the rice was rather plain but overall, I'm excited to go back.

Beer was excellent and the food was great! Service was very fast. Very friendly bartenders and great selection of beers.
