The tacos were good. Not mind blowing. I had an Al Pastor and a Carnitas. Both were a bit dry, neither of which should ever be dry because #PorkFat. Flavor was unique (different - not bad) on the Al Pastor and there was no pineapple. Missing Pineapple on Al Pastor is unfortunate. Carnitas were dry, but not inedible, and definitely needed more flavor. Maybe they're whitewashing / dumbing down their flavor scale because they're in Castle Rock.... but I'm used to tacos on Federal and Alameda in Denver and these don't compare. The salsas were basic 3: red mild. Green medium. Brown hot. The verde was very mild. Pickled onions were great and cilantro was fresh. Price was as expected: $2 a taco. The usual $1.50 plus the $.50 Castle Rock surcharge. Solid 3 Star stop.... but if you want real Street Tacos, head a bit Northwest to Federal.

Hard to believe that nobody had ever mentioned this food truck to me before. These are the best tacos that I've had in a long time. In fact, the tacos here are so good that they are motivating me to try all of the highest ranked taco places in Denver, just to see how they compare.4/16/2017 UPDATE: I've now been here enough to know that the freshness of their food is a bit unsteady. I still love the pork belly tacos and we eat here once every few weeks, but they've lost a star in my book. If they can keep their food consistently fresh, they'll get it back.

AMAZING street tacos. Check their Facebook page for their current location! We tried a variety of the carne asada, pollo and al pastor tacos and they were all so delicious! The size of the tacos are pretty small (4") but for $2.00 a piece they are definitely worth it! Five stars and two thumbs up!

We chased the truck down because my husband was so excited to try it. We tried several different tacos, and despite getting different meats, they all tasted relatively the same. Food was fine, but I wouldn't seek it out again.

This truck parks outside of our offices sometimes. I usually avoid the long line, but I'm glad I waited this time. The tacos are really good. I've tried their fish, carne asada, pork belly, chicken, and carnitas tacos. They were all damn good! They do a flat $2.00/per, so the price is right. I'm surprised there aren't many reviews on here as the line is typically pretty long. Maybe they're a new business or something? Anyway, they server the tacos with just protein on a tortilla and lay out a garnish table for you to fix yourself. There are three salsas (mild, medium, hot), cilantro, diced onion, pickled onion, lime wedges, undressed slaw, and perhaps a few other things (no cheese). I wish they'd park outside our place more often!
