Overall: to illustrate the mystique of this place one elderly local noted how the first place they went to after getting off their plane was Colette bakery. And I can see why. Baked Goods: if the French accents didn't convince you of their authenticity then perhaps the French customers might. After having tried their ham and cheese croissant and chouquette it's easy to love this place. The main highlight I would say are their bite sized caneles. While they are smaller than your average ones they pack an absolute mean punch. It's not about quantity but quality and the quality of their ingredients is enhanced incredibly. The color is a darker brown indicating the rich caramelization process that consumes your tasting experience. Ambience/Decor/Service: what's nice about this bakery is that you can pre order SOME things beforehand and they set them aside for you to pick up. Great way to insure you get the hotly contested caneles.

Very cute cafe but first visit was a little rocky. Most likely will try again because it showed promise.Food: I got a baguette sandwich with pate and it was ok. The pate was decent but the bread was a bit too tough for a sandwich. Besides that the pastries seem to be good based on the reactions of others I went with.Service: The ladies who work here were very nice but got side tracked and didn't make my iced coffee. I wasn't charged for it and after I noticed they moved on the serving the group behind me. I remember getting asked if I wanted anything in it and responded so I was confused as I waited by the register for the rest of my order. I waited a couple minutes but I couldn't get there attention, so because I checked that I wasn't charged I just called it a loss and moved on. This was the primary root of my mild disappointment.Atmosphere: The vibe and decor was simple, but well curated to mimic what I imagine a Parisian cafe would resembleVery cute cafe but first visit was a little rocky. For drinks, the matcha was very watery and doesn't need to be in the menu, so I would suggest sticking to standard coffees but I can't vouch for their taste either.Service: The ladies who work here were very nice but got side tracked and didn't make my iced coffee. I'm very disappointed when I went there. Super small and quaint , not a lot to choose from . The bread in the window display is presented beautifully but nothing in here made me want to buy/ try it . I hope they have more to offer in the future

Arriving at Colette on a Saturday morning, I had already noticed a line outside the door, but it was not too bad as the line moved relatively fast. I purchased the Paris Brest, Cho-Colette aux amandes, Vanilla Paradise, and Flamenkuche. My favorite was the Paris Brest. The presentation was gorgeous, and it tasted as good as it looked. The cream was light and delicious, which paired very well with the crunch of almonds. The pastry itself was light and moist. I would love to get this again whenever I want to indulge in a nice treat. The vanilla paradise was not bad but paled in comparison to the Paris Brest. I wish the vanilla flavoring were more prominent and fragrant. I enjoyed how it looked, and the cream on top was very light. The quality of the tart was top-notch and baked to perfection. I did enjoy the syrup and cake in the middle but did feel like the amount of syrup was a bit excessive. The flamenkuche was not bad for a savory pastry but did have too many onions for my liking. The Cho-Colette aux amandes was good and looked gorgeous as well. Overall, I would love to come back again as the craftsmanship behind these pastries is top-notch!

I used to live across the street and walk here all the time. I recently returned and it was just as good as I had remembered. Very simple and fresh ingredients with amazing taste!

This bakery is in demand. Don't let the long line deter you. It moves quickly. This is the closest to pastries and bread from Paris I have had in the U.S. It is superb. The quality is unmatched. I took away a star because the service could have been a bit more friendly. The apple dessert was tasty but could have had a richer filling. Overall, the service was quick. The bread is so light and airy. Try it for yourself!

An amazing little French bakery in Medford. I came here on the weekend (the day before they closed for summer break) and there was a short line of people waiting. It's a small bakery that has a few tables and seats inside, but there are also tables and umbrellas outside to enjoy your drink and pastries. I ordered an almond croissant, pain au chocolate, kouign amann, caramel brioche, and a passion tart. I enjoyed every single pastry with the passion tart being my favorite. The almond croissant was flakey and had great flavor, while the brioche was super soft and had a crunchy topping. The passion tart is not only cute, but super tasty with a meringue base with cream, and the passion fruit flavoring in the middle packs a punch of tartness. They also have baguettes and serve different drinks. I can't wait to try all the other goods when they reopen after the summer holiday.
