Food fresh and hot it was really good! Service was great and left a reasonable tip, and this restaurant had really good happy hour deals! The staff was super friendly and clean tables.

We walked in pretty excited to watch the remaining part of a hockey game and went to our normal place the high top by the bar. We have never been seated at the bar and just walked up most the time but for some reason today, I guess we needed to stop by the hostess station and she was really upset that we didn't and made that known. After sitting for 15 mins she made sure we knew we weren't getting service because we didn't see her first. Yep to sit in the bar high tops. Then the manager came over and said yeah sorry you didn't see the hostess. I'll get a server. We asked both of them if we could just order some drinks and they both declined. At that point, we have been sitting there 20 minutes still no service people walking up telling us what we should've done which would've never done in the past. It just got irritating so we got up and left which then they're like. No we gotcha now! Well too little too late. I know we're usually a little later in the evening, but come on you barely had any people in there and the worst service I've seen for a minute now. Guess we'll be finding another spot.

First time at this location for a weekday lunch. Ordered Bacon Bleu Cheeseburger with Tater Tots. Good food, good service. Lots of menu choices for a sports bar. No complaints.

Great hangout place for a cold beer and burger. All burgers are half lb. Great flavor and lots of options. I ordered the Ring of Fire and tots. The service is friendly and helpful. BTW, they have TVs all around you.

I've visited this location at least 20 times. Every other time has been a good experience. Unfortunately this was very VERY bad. Angela is an amazing waitress who remembered everybody's drink in our golf group. Unfortunately she was absolutely overwhelmed. We hardly saw her. It took forever for her maybe 15 minutes to take our initial drink order. It took maybe another 20 for her to take our food order and there was no follow up to see how our food tasted, no refils on beverages and then it took forever to recieve our check.....which had an 18% gratuity added on. Sorry, but this was not what I've come to expect. Where was management in all this???? The resturant was only mabye 30% full. Angela needed help and didn't get it.

We saw this restaurant across the freeway and decided to stop for a late dinner. There were 4 of us and we were seated out on the patio right away. Tried to order a couple of beers - had to pick a couple of times due to "out of that". Average selections of burgers, chicken, salads, etc. but above average on pricing. The service was subpar - very slow all through the dinner. The food was average to above average - 1000 island burger was very good. There are a couple other burgers on the menu I would try if we visit here in the future.

In my home town 'hot & new' refers to the Wienerschnitzel hot dog place, so take my 5 star rating with some salt, but this place hit the spot. So many restaurants overthink everything and then skimp on what's popular. This place is the opposite. 30 big screens with almost as many channels (mostly sports stuff), a dozen different 1/2 pound burgers, and plenty of drinks. And it's in a shopping center with Tesla Superchargers. I asked for pink and unlike most burger joints, my blue bacon was! Service was very quick & professional. It's loud, but in a casual fun party music style. What's not to like?

Several locations. I recommend calling to check what time their kitchen closes because they seem to close early just because they list their hours as open till 10pm doesn't mean the kitchen is open and the night we dined they did last call for alcohol 20 mins before close. Recently, on a Thursday night, some people sat down next to us and they were turned them away:( for drinks and food!!! It was early, not even 9:30pm there is a lot of time before closing....and they had already did last call...maybe because of Covid? It's hard to find places open late to grab a bite to eat.You can expect a decent meal here! Good burgers, good tater tots, lots of TVs, large outdoor patio with TVs and a large parking lot.
