Coffeeholic House

I would kill for a Coffeeholic House to open in California. PLEASE. The ube latte is to die for. My brother and I found out that there was this place that opened nearby his wife's work. So we stopped by here on the way to go pick up the sister-in-law. I hear the vietnamese coffee is also very strong. My brother orders it and he says that it wakes him up!Service - Very very fast and the past few visits I've been here, the drinks are always consistent. Ambiance - SO GORGEOUS. I absolutely love the vibe of this coffee shop. I also was so tempted to get their merch one day. I think when I come back to Seattle, I definitely will get their merch as it's so cute. My husband and I also got some coffee beans to-go. We're going to try to grind them ourselves and make our own and see how it goes!

This coffee shop reminds me of Vietnam but in a more modern touch. The Bac Siu (lighter version of the Vietnamese Iced Coffee) and the Ca Phe Sua Da (Vietnamese traditional iced coffee) were on point. Our group ordered over 8 drinks to share and we were not disappointed. The sesame latte and the tiramisu egg coffee had a nice level of sweetness. The pandan latte, however, was not flavorful as I wanted but it was not bad overall. Moreover, their breadsticks which consist of shredded pork floss and butter spread was simple yet delicious. The service was good. The coffee shop only have 3 workers but they definitely were moving fast. The interior decors was really cute especially with the egg chair and flowers.

I came twice in the afternoon and they were decently filled. The shop is medium sized, quiet, great interior design and good study spot. Staff was also nice to adjust drinks for sweetness! 10/10 Purple Haze $7.50/20oz - Ube flavor was strong and authentic! Rich and creamy and was so just good overall. Haven't had a better ube coffee! 9/10 Tropical Vine $7.25/20oz - Pandan flavor is medium strong. It definitely could be upped but still a really good drink. Pricy coffees but these were definitely the best I've had for each flavor.

This place is located in a residential area where parking can get very dicey depending on what time you go, but that alone should not stop you from going to this consistently awesome Vietnamese coffee joint! I went on a Sunday afternoon and was lucky enough to find parking almost right at the entrance. Inside was very clean and has one particular wall where you must take photos of your drinks in front of, though keep in mind there isn't any indoor seating besides the chair in front of said wall. Baristas are very attentive and prompt with your orders.It's not my first time here, and I love a ton of their drinks including their Coffeeholic Dream and their tiramisu egg coffee. I highly recommend their Coffeeholic Dream with an ube drizzle in it for the best results.This time I got their pandan cold foam ca phe sua da. I don't have very high expectations for coffee in general, but Coffeeholic does theirs right consistently. For my particular drink, the pandan taste is there but doesn't overpower the coffee, and it tasted even better when fully mixed.They have so many options here, and it's become a staple spot I go to a fair number of weekends for afternoon coffee. A must-go place for anyone visiting Seattle!

My girlfriend INSISTED we go to Coffeeholics and if your SO says GO. YOU GO! I'm now a fan of this place and wish we had more than the weekend to go. Or even wished they had one in California. First of all the location is in a cute neighborhood. (So i'm pretty jealous of everyone that gets to walk 5 minutes to get their Coffeeholic fix) But also know parking is extremely limited and most of the streets seem like a one car can only fit at a time. So be preapred and or just uber here lol.Once inside you'll be greeted by the barista or cashier and you'll be instantly distracted by all the merch, desserts and pastries they have to offer. Don't get side tracked because the main star of the show are the coffees. We got the Purple Haze which has an Ube Foam at the top that instantly makes the entire drink delicious upon first sip. My girlfriend loved this so much she got it the entire time we were in the area. I had opted for the Tropical Vine as it had Pandan in it and Pandan Jelly. Didn't know I could enjoy a coffee place so much and I look forward to the days i'm back to have it again.

I must say, this place serves one of the best coffee drinks I've ever had! The ambience is charming with its cute and green decor. The servers are not only friendly but also incredibly accommodating, providing fantastic recommendations. I can't get enough of their purple haze--it's absolutely addictive. Their menu is refreshingly unique, and I believe you'll find something you love no matter what you choose. I highly recommend giving this place a try!

The drinks are amazing! I've been following this place on Instagram for a while and have been meaning to go, and it's definitely worth it! I love Vietnamese coffee, and Coffeeholic goes above and beyond to bring flavors like pandan, ube, and black sesame into coffee. They have excellent cold and hot drinks, and I would go back.The interior is really aesthetic and has some great photo opps, but this location in particular does not have any seating, so keep that in mind. There are a few parks nearby, so with the weather starting to get nicer, it's a fun idea to grab a drink and go!I got the Tropical Vine, with coconut milk, coffee, pandan, and pandan jelly. It was light, refreshing, creamy, and I could definitely taste the pandan. My friends got the ube drink and another drink with Vietnamese coffee, hazelnut syrup, and cheese foam as well. They also have classic Vietnamese coffee. Definitely a great spot to stop by if you're ever in Columbia City!

After landing in Seattle late, and needing to leave early for my drive to Vancouver, I needed to make sure I picked up a coffee for the road. Or four. I'm not kidding, either. LOL.Even when I'm alone, I like to try multiple things when I go somewhere new. Even if it's coffee. Vietnamese coffee, at that. But, I took one for the team. I got the Coffeeholic Dream (VN coffee with a hint of hazelnut and topped with cheese foam), Tropical Vine (Coconut Pandan), Blended Coconut Coffee, and a white mocha. My favorite was the Tropical Vine. You could really taste those 2 flavors. The blended coconut coffee was ok, as was the white mocha. I seemed to taste a slight bitterness a little more, which can come with coffee sometimes, which I don't necessarily mind.The service was outstanding! However, the parking situation was not. But, since I came early, it wasn't so bad. Whether it gets better when people are at work, is to be determined. Also, it's a little off the beaten path if you're going to the main Seattle attractions (or Vancouver, like me). Would I come here again? Wouldn't even give it a second thought.

It was my first time here and Yelpers led me to place order through their app and I did that and thank god I did! The line was so long when I finally picked up my order. The app said it would take 30 minutes. Sesame latte was what led me here and the flavor did not disappoint! It was so tasty! The place looked so cute and modern. But it's not really a place to hang out cuz of how busy it gets. I would come here again when I'm in the area.

Love the atmosphere and vibe of the coffee shop. Modern and chic. Love the selection of drinks they have. Excellent customer service overall. I ordered the Purple Haze. It was a bit too sweet, so I'd recommend asking for less sweetener/condense milk or make the drink stronger. Cheers!
