I was so happy to find this food truck in a gas station lot! I had a craving for tacos and they managed to handle that craving and then some.First, let me say that these are not little street tacos, oh no. These are regular sized corn tortillas that are loaded with the meat of your choice with most of them coming with grilled onions and potatoes as well. Amazing! The carnitas were tender and the lengua was the best of the two. Three tacos are going to fill you UP! Speaking of tortillas, they don't double them up but they don't need to because these things are thick and hold up very well. I can't wait to try out the rest of the menu.

Best truck tacos for the money in Seattle. Mexico city style, with grilled onions and roasted potatoes. I can't even finish 2 of them in one sitting. The baja fish taco comes with a nicer and larger piece of tempura fried fish than most sit-down seafood restaurants give you in a fish and chips plate, and those are less than $4 each!Don't sleep on this truck. Once you go there the first time, you will find excuses to get off at the Michigan Street exit. I work within 10 blocks of the place and every day at least one of my colleagues ends up there for lunch.The family that owns the truck, their primary business is Mexican food catering. They do corporate and private catering out of their kitchen in White Center. Besides the Baja tacos, I highly recommend their Carne Asada and El pastor tacos. Their tortas are excellent as well.

I don't say this lightly. These are without question the best tacos I've ever had outside of Mexico City. Thank you so much for these masterpieces. Tried the asada/chorizo, asada/pastor and chile relleno. Two is all you need. They're huge and delicious. Best tacos in Seattle and probably anywhere in the country.

Yo, this place needs/deserves more notoriety! Every single time I get food here it is perfect. Always consistent. Very tasty, well seasoned, great portions and budget friendly . The staff are also very much worth mentioning because all of the folks who work there are patient , considerate and very pleasant to interact with. I always get the chorizo burrito and it's always on point. Not greasy , very nice flavor and holds up well and tight in their perfectly rolled burritos. I know I need to venture farther into the menu because they have a pretty big menu for a taco truck. Definitely gonna check out the beef cheek tacos soon and most def wanna try their milenesa torta! Real good stuff! Tell your employees, they rock!

Uh where have you been all my life. Fast service,quality and overall amazing . I recommend this if you enjoy authentic Mexican food
