Zydeco Bistro

We had the food truck out into our neighborhood and it was fabulous! All of the menu items were delicious. The staff was friendly and quick too. I highly recommend trying them out.

Stopped by Zydeco for lunch at Walnut Wednesday and ordered some hush puppies and jambalaya. There was no line and the food was ready quickly. I liked the hush puppies a lot. They were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They had a good flavor and were of good quality. The sauce on them was delicious. The jambalaya was good, but not great. It didn't have any shrimp and was a little on the dry side. It was full of flavor and had chicken and sausage in it with rice, peppers, and some herbs. It was spicy, but not too hot to eat. I will be back to try some other dishes, such as the shrimp po boy.

I had their food truck crab salad today and it was wonderful! Plenty of crab and I was pleasantly surprised at the flavor (pickled maybe) of he cauliflower and peppers and celery in it. It was delicious and one of the few healthy options on Walnut Wednesday. Also the other options on their menu looked delicious and I will be going back next week for more.. for sure.

Walnut Wednesdays may be coming to a close, but you should keep your eyes peeled around northeast Ohio for this creole food truck. The shrimp po' boy was one of the best meals I have ever had from a food truck. The prices are not bad, my only complaint is that the beignets we're disappointing!

Best Cajun food I have had outside of New Orleans. The jambalaya and shrimp étouffée was delicious!!!

Zydeco catered my wedding and was great! No complaints. We received a lot of positive comments from our guests, one of which said, "This is the best wedding food I've ever had."
