Before we left Coventry, we wanted something refreshing, since it had warmed up. So, we decided to stop and grab bubble tea. This is the cutest place in Coventry. I fell in love as soon as I walked in. The decor is amazing! I was in Awe the entire time. Well, I chose the strawberry tea with popping pearls. It was so yummy. It tasted like strawberry milk... It brought back some memories of younger me enjoying a nice cold glass of it. The popping pearls gave it that extra touch. When I return, I would love to try their frozen honeydew bubble tea!

I'm a big fan of rolled ice cream so I was so excited when I discovered Zero Below in the Coventry area! The shop was bright, colorful and was so visually appealing. When we arrived there was a table of teenagers waiting for their ice cream. Unfortunately, there was only one employee working which meant we had to wait quite a bit of time. When our order was taken, it took a very long time to be made as well. I understand that the ice cream is made in front of me which takes longer than a regular ice cream shop where the employees have to scoop but in all of my rolled ice cream experiences, it never took as long to make my ice cream as it did at Zero Below. When I received the ice cream, it was beautiful but not extremely favorable.I must say that the best part of my experience at Zero Below was the employee who was working. She was not only pleasant, she truly had a meaningful conversation with us, making a connecting and discussing our childhoods. She's a true asset to Zero Below.I'm glad I stopped by Zero Below but to be honest, I don't anticipate returning any time soon.

This place is fantastic. I was afraid that the taste might be off or have a bit of freezer burn considering how thin it's spread out and rolled but nope - completely delicious. The staff if very friendly and kind - they're excited to explain the process to you and let you know which flavors they recommend if you're like me and wanted everything off of the menu. The basics are you pick an ice cream (some of which comes with things added in like strawberries or just by itself) and then you have a choice of 3 toppings - all in a regular cup or a waffle bowl. I opted for a normal cup. The price is $5.50 or $6.50 depending on the size plus another $1 if you get the waffle bowl. Considering how unique this place is and the choice of flavors and toppings, not a bad price. I got the smaller size and I thought the portion size was perfect. In the end I got the Matcha ice cream with strawberries and condensed milk mixed inside topped with a strawberry and red beans. A friend got the Thai Tea ice cream with whip cream, chocolate chips and coconut. The atmosphere is lively and boisterous. There's a few places you can sit but the place looks rather popular so depending on when you come in, there may not be seating inside. Not to worry though, wondering Coventry as you eat is always an option!I'll definitely come back if I'm in the area!

Stopped in with a friend to try some rolled ice cream. Neat idea, cool to watch it be made, and the finished product is pretty, but I'm probably one and done. I mean definitely try this place out if you're in the area, it's a nice tasty treat (who doesn't like ice cream?!), but I wouldn't go out of my way to get it. Friendly staff. Portion sizes are large so you could share one order. Nice that you can add what you want like fresh strawberries or a spoonful of Nutella, but it takes a while to get your order. If the roll starts to fall apart they scrap everything and start over. I hope the workers get paid well for all of their effort!Again, cool but I'll stick with Mitchell's.

Zero Below is the first rolled ice cream I know of to come to Cleveland, and I was pretty excited because I think rolled ice cream is a really cute concept! Basically, you choose your flavor of ice cream and toppings and get to watch as it's being made (rolled) on this frozen metal plate in front of you. I ended ordering the green tea ice cream with strawberries, fruity pebbles, and strawberry pocky. Zero Below had recently opened when I came here and I had to wait quite a while for my order, not to mention my rolled ice cream was kind of falling apart when I got it, but I imagine things are a little smoother now that they've been open for a while. When I got my order, I thought the presentation of the dessert was nice, but the ice cream and toppings were truthfully just average in taste.Overall, I think Zero Below is worth visiting at least once (if anything, to get those cute photos haha), but I don't think I'll be coming regularly, unless it's to take someone who's visiting or hasn't been before. If I'm craving a satisfying bowl of ice cream, I will probably just go to Mitchell's in the future. Nevertheless, Zero Below is worth a try, and I think it would be great if they expanded their menu in the future to include other flavors or toppings such as mochi! :)

THAI ICE CREAM. They pour melted ice cream onto what appears to be a circular griddle. The will add your favorite toppings to that liquid and work them into your treat with their iceceam chisles. After it freezes, they use the chisle and scrape the icecream up untill it form an roll. You can then add flavors and or toppings.I sampled one and it was pretty good.

This is my first rolled ice cream experience! First thoughts, a cute idea but a little pricey considering how much ice cream you get. Zero Below has a load of topping options as well as curated favorites. I ended up having cookies and cream with Nutella, chocolate chips, and peanuts. I enjoyed the flavor and I definitely want to go back and try some more. All in all, I thought the ice cream was good but they definitely need more workers in there. The entire process does take a while and if there is a line, expect to be there for a WHILE.

Zero Below offers a really cool ice cream concept, rolled ice cream! It is really tasty. I tried the green tea and strawberry rolled ice cream, with banana, M&M's, and a marshmallow. Yummmm! Will definitely be back.

This is a fun and interesting concept on ice cream that I was excited to try! While it's a little gimmicky (and pricey, considering how little ice cream goes into it), it's still fun to eat and a neat experience to try!I had the pink lemonade (I believe it was a special at the time) with toppings of strawberry pocky, frutti pebbles, and whipped cream. It was delicious! Again, nothing super special about it, but a fun novelty to try out! The interior is also amazing - it's fun and bold with bright colors and artsy decor. It won't be replacing Mitchell's as my go to ice cream spot, but if I'm in the mood for something different and fun, I may head back here to try out some of their other flavors!

Came here while passing through coventry. A friend told me of this spot about a year ago and I almost forgot about it. My daughter wanted some ice cream after lunch. I wanted her to try something new instead of our regular Dairy Queen run. The place is adorable as soon as you walk in. You can see the ice cream crafters over their special cold plates rolling ice cream. It's a very unique experience compared to your regular soft serve and other hard ice creams. I was impressed with their menu options, only negative was that I noticed no vegan options for myself. My daughter was hesitant but intrigued by the way they made it. She ordered the oreo with rainbow sprinkles. The hubs ordered banana split. The process of them making the ice cream makes the steeper price definitely worth it. Keep that in mind when you compare to other ice cream places. If your in the area I would absolutely recommend checking it out.
