Zeppe's Pizzeria

Attended a holiday party that was catered by Zeppe's in Middlefield and the pizza, wings, hot sandwiches were so tasty and the salad nice and crispy (loved the dressing that was provided...actually took what was leftover home with me). I give this place a thumbs up.

Best pizza in middlefield! Wings are good , pizza is great! Very satisfied and the management is sure to keep you that way. Only thing is it is a little more expensive but your getting the value for your money! Their sausage is my favorite topping btw.

I've ordered carry out from this location several times and never had any issues. The food is always well seasoned and cooked properly. I love their buffalo chicken pasta and JoJo fries most of all! The only issue I've ever had is I think it's a little pricey for a Middlefield carryout but Then again it's worth the price in my experience. Also just a little side note, the phone customer service is ALWAYS excellent.

The piazza was the best pizza I have ever had as with the other food items. The service was great.The ambiance is good and there is a nice vibe to the place.

Delivery driver was super rude and tried to leave after knocking once. Terrible delivery service.

This place has a problem delivering the food you order. Several times in the last year, deliveries have come up with items missing. Supposedly, they are redelivered (according to the store), yet the driver doesn't reappear with the missing items. Pushing the issue gets you a store credit, not a refund on your card.Recommend pickup only.

I absolutely love zeppes food, which is why I give in a few times a year and order from this location. I regret it every. single. time. The pizza is always undercooked, they always forget *at least* one item, they ignore special requests, and the management does nothing to compensate for the mistakes. Once they told me it would be "at least a couple of hours" before they could bring me the missing item, and recommended I just accept a credit for my next order. The next time I attempted to order, there was no record of the credit. I caved again today and ordered, only to receive raw pizza, an incorrect item, and food that had obviously been dropped. I won't even bother contacting the store this time...I guess a bad online review will have to suffice.

A little pricey but large portions, I probably could have split my Calzone order with someone. The food was good. The beer was very pricey. Service was slow and a little off, my salad was delivered with no silverware. They weren't too busy at the time.

I chose not to take my own advise, I ordered here again because they were the only place delivering on Sunday evening. Driver showed up without my soda and took 20 minutes to return with it. I ordered hot wings and had only water to wash them down. So, a perfect 4 out of 4 bad experiences. Just steer clear of this place

This Zeppe's location is absolutely beautiful! The atmosphere is so relaxing and it is just such a nice place to get out of the house. The pizza was excellent; it was not the same as the other Zeppe's locations! My server was amazing as well; she was very attentive and was able to hold a conversation even though she was very busy. Now, I did have to wait about 10 minutes for a refill of iced tea. I did not mind because I saw that my server was very busy! This place is very well run and they have such a talented staff. I will be attending for live music maybe every week! This is a great place to listen to live music and just to get out of the house!
