We stopped in on a whim just yesterday, Friday night. It was completely empty!! However, we were greeted and sat immediately by a very kind hostess, who served us later on. She was attentive and friendly for our entire visit. I enjoyed the hot tea, our respective lo meins came out extremely quickly of course, and it was absolutely delicious. It was authentic and balanced - I appreciated that you can modify the spice to your level of comfort. I hope more people can patronize this business, they certainly have the room for it! Very spacious interior, full of comforting Chinese decor - down to the zodiac paper place mat (shoutout to my fellow monkeys). My husband was absolutely stuffed but was able to finish his dish, I took home a decent sized portion. We will be back and will bring some friends! Thank you! Happy New Year!

my absolute FAVORITE chinese place. love the staff and the food. couldn't have asked for a better restaurant. they are always on time with my food and are so kind. the inside is also very cute and cozy for a good dinner. love this place! highly recommend if you want good authentic chinese food.

Wow. I don't know if the sold or under new management but the food is now terrible. Chicken is rubbery. Didn't even seem like real chicken. The rice was starchy. It just wasn't good. The wonton soup was watered down with hardly any taste. It's a shame because for years this place was the only place to go. Sorry Yangtze you lost a long time customer.

The food was fresh and tasty, the service was quick and hospitable, and the restaurant was quite nice!

Very good for quick, Chinese takeout. We did order and pick it up, since right now it is takeout only. The prices are fair and reasonable and you do get a large portion of food. We started off with the steamed dumplings and I thought they were some of the best I have had, they are large and have lots of filling. Next, we got wonton soup, which was wonderful. However, I could do without the lettuce pieces in it. The general tso chicken was big and the sauce was tasty, but the chicken could have been less fatty/breaded. I did enjoy all of the sauces and the rice. I loved how the combo dinners came with rice and egg rolls, such a nice touch. The staff was super sweet when I picked up and were so thankful for our business. I would certainly go again.

Doesn't look like much from the outside or inside, but the food is always good and plentiful. The staff is iffy, sometimes short tempered and brusque, sometimes teens who look like they are not sure where they are. A good place for take away.

Good service & good food! I had the sesame chicken combination with tea. It was all delicious.

Used to frequent this restaurant with my family when I was younger. I was in town and had dinner, just as delicious as i remembered! Food was delicious and service was friendly and prompt. Will be back when in town again!

Excellent food , they are new owners and super friendly! The general tso chicken is my favorite dish from here !

Went there for lunch with my Dad. Food tasted like it was leftover and warmed in the microwave. Lunch specials were no special, same price as regular combination dinners. Soup had no green onions in it and they did not have shrimp chips. I will stick to my China Buffet in Mentor on the Lake! I will not go back
