My cousins and I decided to have a ladies night here because of all the wonderful things we heard from a previous visit from one of us. This is a nice, quaint and inviting place with comfortable and demure (lol) decor. They offer charcuterie boards and other small snacks that go well with wine. We walked in and were greeted by a young man who took the time and gave instructions on the wine tasting. The young man handed my cousin a card and handed me a card to use for the tastings (two cards in total). We sat while eating and drinking and it was definitely a vibe. Perfect place for a date or small meeting, it reminded me of a coffee shop but instead with wine. They also play music softly and the choice of music was very nice and laid back.As we headed out to pay for our tab, we handed the young man our two cards and he advised us that we had three cards. We went back and fourth for a few minutes and he stormed away to go look for the third card. The young man came back and Assisted that he gave us three cards. The young man then goes to say the first card didn't show that any wine had been purchased on it and kept asking where is the third card!? We again kept saying there was no third card and can you please look at the cameras because we want to pay for our drinks but clearly something is wrong. I stepped in and asked well how many drinks does my card show. The card I had showed that I purchased no drinks either. By this point I'm saying to the you man there must be a glitch in your system if no drinks are showing up at all. The young man did apologize eventually. It was a frustrating situation and changed my first impression from great to just ok. However I will be back and hope to get better service next time.

PHOTOS attached below.Wyne Tasting Bar is located where Sweet Moses Ice Cream shop used to be located. I hardly drink alcohol but I still recommend this business because of the friendly Australian owner (nice customer service). My friend and I ordered a small meat/cheese board and a glass of mimosa. This is a wine tasting bar where you can sample several wines (pour them yourself), buy a glass or bottle and also order some light food such as a cheese and meat board.I visited with a friend, Olga, in April 2023 and we had a lovely time chatting on the comfortable chairs or sofas. On the day we visited, Wyne Tasting Bar collaborated with Paint Nail Salon. On that day, anyone who purchased a drink or snack could get their nails painted for free so that was fun to experience especially since I haven't been to Paint Nail Bar before. We also got to purchase a $5 glass of mimosas as part of this Paint Nail Bar collaboration.I visited specifically to get my nails painted for free but I stayed to enjoy this business. While I didn't have a glass of wine, there are plenty of drink options to choose from so I'm sure you'll find one that you love.Since I don't drink (hardly), I won't be back here anytime soon but if you love wine then come and support this small business.****GOAL of 150 reviews in 2024- 47/150 total reviews in 2024- 697 total overall Yelp reviews- Reviewed on 29 June 2024

Loved this gem of a place! Perfect for little get togethers where it's not too loud. We did get to watch the Browns game also. Light bites are available to order but they generously let you bring takeout in from nearby restaurants. Super friendly staff and very chic decor! Will definitely return

Wyne is a great drop-in spot to grab a glass and the owner is very personable and friendly. The atmosphere is relaxing and chill; great self-serve spot for a small group of friends. The sparkling Shiraz is great! Would definitely recommend trying a glass of that one!

I recently tried this hidden gem where Sweet Moses used to be across from Luxe on Detroit at Gordon Square. The owner was in the premises and gave a thorough overview of the cute little place. We loved the nice selection of wine and comfortable decor. Prices were very reasonable. This is a great little place to stop in before or after a show, theatre or dinner.

This place was pretty fun! You get a wine card that allowed you to get wine from the self-serve machines. There are maybe 30ish different wines?? They are in order from white - red with tasting notes above each one. I really appreciated the tasting notes! You can choose from a tasting, half a glass, or a full glass for your selection. Each wine varies in price, but it's displayed on the machine right there for you!The place had a good aesthetic with cute pink couches, plants, etc. There was an additional room for seating. The only reason I knocked off a star was because it was EXTREMELY busy when I went, and the check-in and check out line was the same, so it took forever to check out. I know they are fairly new, so maybe they'll get a handheld system to quickly check out people when they're busy like that. The check in process was a little lengthy because they showed you how to use the machines, so it made the line go so slowly.Overall, I will 100% recommend and be back !

Decided to check this place out on a quiet Thursday night. We ordered the Charcuterie mixed plate - described as A mixture of cured meats, crackers, vine leaves, giant green olives & caperberries. The meats, vine leaves, olives, and caper berries were delicious. The crackers were weird, it also came with roasted fava beans and roasted check peas (I think) which were so hard that we were afraid that they would break our teeth and I couldn't chew them enough to swallow without fear! The wine selection was great! We tried (tastings) of a total of 6 different wines - some were great, some were a bad selection - but that's the beauty of a tasting bar, is that you can taste without a big commitment. The atmosphere/ decor was super cute, with lots of seating options! We will definitely be back! I'm hoping they have some kind of outdoor seating in the spring/summer!!

This is such a gem of a space! They have multiple options for serve yourself wine but my particular fav is the option to try different sparkling wines! There is a lot more seating than you would guess just by walking by!There is a large variety of wine - red, white, dry, sweet and there is also a fridge of other drinks (beer, seltzers, etc) if someone in your party is a monster and isn't a wine person. We were very impressed with the knowledgeable staff - they made spot on recommendations! There is a small food menu - cheese plates, snacks. There is also a private event area in the back which would be perfect for showers, book clubs or birthday parties.

Great spot in the Gordon Square area for a glass of wine with a friend or small group of friends. Cozy and cute space. Great assortment of wine to taste. The vending machines have a very well curated selection of wine tones try and the owner is super helpful and knowledgeable. There is a small menu of food like cheese and chocolates, however you are also allowed to bring outside food in from the surrounding restaurants.Great spot!!!
