Love this place! Great selection & If they don't have it, they can usually get it for you as long as it's not a regional item!

I love how I can find any wine I am looking for here. Plus they have an extensive collection of liquor as well. On top of that, I am pretty alcohol and wine stupid so my first time in I desperately needed help and I didn't even have to seek anyone out. I just stood in the wine section with a confused look on my face and one of the sales people came to bail me out within seconds. Love the fast and friendly service!

Been here plenty of times wwl had catered to many hangovers in my young days of drinking lol from watching games to social drinking I've found everything I needed here from beer to things to mixers

I have been shopping at World Wines for many years.The service is outstanding.If they don't have it they will go above and beyond to get item in if available in Ohio market.Brian head of the wine department gives the best recommendations for pairing wines with meals I am preparing.

sounds like this a great place for wine and beer, but this store is another example of lazy staff and bad customer service. I don't know if you've listened to their new phone menu but they make it clear that they don't want anything to do with spirits customers asking questions. They only want your money. I'm really tired of retail that doesn't understand that they're place in society is to serve customers, somehow after the pandemic these stores make you feel like they owe it to you to just be open and take your money. Well I'm not interested, my money will be spent somewhere else.

I went in to fill 3 propane cylinders on September 15. I stood in line behind a man placing his order for his bar. I asked the cashier, DEBBIE (Karen), if I was in the wrong line, thinking it was a line for wholesale instead of the other line that was clearly regular customers. Instead of answering this simple question, DEBBIE (Karen) bit my head off and continued to be extremely rude to me. She kept telling me to be patient. Maybe it's you that should be patient! I'm sorry if you had a bad day, DEBBIE (Karen), but you really shouldn't be like that with customers. I went home steaming about this encounter. I will NEVER be back!
