Met colleagues for an after work / retirement celebration. The side room was great. A little cramped - but a sign of great colleagues sending off an awesome person! Stayed for dinner after a few cocktails. Had the cajun chicken wrap with fries. It was good and arrived quickly despite they were very busy. This is a great venue - bar / restaurant to visit! See you for the next "party"

Cleveland Classic. The Big Ed burger can never go wrong the wings and sauces are phenomenal and it's a great place to watch a game. Ribs are the sleeper here. There's not much more to say

Wonderful lunch. Very friendly service. Quick turnaround during lunch hour. Lent menu available. Tried the shrimp and lobster quesadilla. Very good. Nice flavor. Always a good meal and service.

Cooks berate food runners. We were there recently and the girl that brought our food got the wrong pizza. No big deal, it happens. She handled it and corrected it right away. We later learned that the cooks in the kitchen were making sounds when she was near them indicating she was autistic or retarded. Very unprofessional and just mean. I hope the manager reads this.

Always a great meal. Close to home and a frequent choice when we are out and about. Love the chili.

The service was AMAZING except for BRIAN DAVIS. he was rude, disrespectful and probably shouldn't be a manager. just being here for 5 minutes made me realize that this is a toxic work environment because brian davis literally threatened someones job in front of us. he shouldn't be a manager. he doesn't know how to speak to people and honestly almost made us leave. But luckily thanks to EVERYONE else but him me and my friends had a wonderful time. Hopefully this man either improves or someone else should be manager who won't threatened employees jobs in front of the customers.

Staff were nice but denied my sister and I service because we weren't both 21+. It says that you must be 21 or accompanied by someone who is (after 8:00pm). I found that to be ridiculous. definitely will be telling everyone to stay far away from this place.

Hello. I have taken to this social media app to write a review on The Winking Lizard Tavern. My wife and I came here a week ago looking to celebrate her birthday. The young woman at the front desk ignored us, using her cellphone before sighing upon seeing us. We asked for a table for two, and were told to follow her. We did and were seated with no further words, greetings, or anything of the like. Both my wife and I ordered the same meal, a medium Hanson Burger with a side of steak fries. Upon receiving the food, it was clear to me that the meat was still raw and it was also covered in black soot and The buns were hard as rock My wife's meal was just as bad, although hers had a noticeable foul stench to it that stunk up our entire area. On top of that, we could hear the kitchen staff loudly shouting at each other, with a lot of profanity and words I wouldn't otherwise repeat. The steak fries also seemed like they had been sitting out for hours. When we tried to send the food back, we were met with an attitude from our waiter. Eventually, after an hour long wait, we received our food, undercooked again. When I asked for a manager, the waiter told me there was none in the building repeatedly. Ultimately, we paid full price for one raw burgers and one smelling like it had been expired. This is most definitely the worst restaurant experience that's happened to me .

I ordered chicken Caesar salad and it look like they only put a half a piece of chicken on it. Also, I wanted to sample a beer and they charge for it and the last thing that I kind of had a problem with was when we ordered the house hot sauce we got charged without being told that it would cost us. The food here is decent most of the time.

I am extremely appalled and upset regarding a recent visit my mother made to this establishment for Mother's Day. This was one of her favorite restaurants and had often frequented this establishment for their great food. I can assure you, she will no longer step foot at this restaurant after how she was treated. She is a 100% disabled veteran who has proudly served our country and has a dr ordered service animal for her PTSD. She was very rudely asked to leave the restaurant as the staff and manager (Brian Davis) assumed her dog was an emotional support animal. My mother's service animal was secured under her control and care within a carrying bag next to her when she was approached and accosted by the staff. Just shameful to see how a patron was treated with a disability at this restaurant.
