Williams On the Lake

We recently had our daughter's wedding at Williams on the Lake and could not have had it at a better venue! Mark and Ally (owners) did a wonderful job for us. We received so many compliments. Some people even told us it was the best wedding reception they have ever been to. The grilled steaks and grilled chicken were amazing. We had ZERO issues and the whole process was flawless from beginning to end. We had the rehearsal dinner, outdoor ceremony and reception there. My wife and I are thinking about getting divorced just so we can get remarried there. J/KI would suggest anyone that plans on getting married or ANY event, that they have it at Williams on the Lake. We have been there for Lincoln Day dinners, Marine Corps Ball, Christmas musicals, meetings and even the murder mystery's they have.

I went to the wedding Julie went to. She sat at my table and bitched. The best part of the wedding was when Julie would get up and go behind some bushes giving all the groomsmen blowies.I wish I would've spat in her dry cake, because my now EX husband was one of the groomsmen. Best wedding I've ever been to, good venue. Dope music, nice pools of water, clean shitters. Only complaint... they need to trim the shrubbery so all the wives can see Julie's "down on her knees" and all the shenanigans these single hoes get into at weddings.

I can not say enough about how wonderful our experience was at Williams on the Lake! From the first visit to getting on the party bus, I loved everything! Ali and her team are so accommodating and helpful, the location is beautiful, and the food is amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone a thousand times over!! Attended a ceremony here in August, 2015. The ceremony was the best part. Overlooking a lake with a backdrop. Beautiful. The apps were good but very ordinary. The drinks were ok. My Mom thought they used the wrong liquor in her Manhattan. Food took too long. My beef tasted like venison. The chicken w curry sauce was best item on plate. Mashed potatoes tasteless. Green beans almondine were too crispy. Dance floor too small for the capacity of the room. They removed our coffee pot from the table without asking and we were still enjoying it with a very dry cake. Nice array of pastries was displayed though. If I were considering this venue, I'd really look at what they offer and go with the item that holds up well until served.
