I ordered dinner here through a Dash Delivery company. The meal took nearly 2 hours to arrive. It was cold. The ribs were though and dry, lacking depth of flavor and the greasy fries were also cold. Slaw was sweet. I will not order from here again.

I called In an order. They told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes later and it still wasn't ready. I'm the meantime a drunken fight nearly broke out and the management didn't do much to prevent it

Food was horrible. I ordered a rib and chicken meal... if I was in a restaurant setting the food would have been returned. Ribs was old, meat dark and smelled. The chicken wings had broken bones. Please do better, stop the short cuts with food..

The last two times I ordered from Whitmores have been a problem/disaster. The final time I ordered I ordered 2 wing dinners and the bottom box had deformed wings. All of them should have been tossed! If I can upload the pictures I most definitely will. I'm not saying all of them are a mess but the one on Warrensville and Harvard is. Tip:don't ever order with a delivery service because they give you garbage, at least with the pickup I only received one order of crap vs two.

Last few meals were very good, but this time...What had happened??? Two sides paid for but not included. A 8oz. container of BBQ sauce paid for but not included. The ribs were overcooked, dry and letherly.

I can't believe what I heard. My brother who is partially blind ordered a rib dinner and two peach cobblers. He didn't get any sauce, he called and he was told off. The woman was rude and disrespectful. She told him he had to take up the issue with Grub Hub, the delivery service. I'm not sure if that is the protocol or not but I do know that no one should be spoken to like that and then hung up on. Regardless of what our day is like, we need to speak to everyone the way we want to be spoken to. (Or maybe the way we want our mother or father to be spoken to)
