Humongous selection of frozen treats and ice cream. It has too many to remember. What's The Scoop seriously has the most types of frozen desserts that I've ever seen. A few are non dairy. They have açaí bowls too. Anything frozen is good on a hot day. If you want something frozen then go here. They have so much variety. Ice cream is the main thing here. There's a lot of crazy looking flavors filled with chunks of stuff. Even if you want something without milk you can get it. There's a few non dairy flavors like the vegan cookies and cream made with almond milk. It's about $3.50 for a scoop in a cup. The prices are higher than a typical chain store but the quality is much better though. It has an indoor seating area. It also has some tables outside. There's a few arcade games too.

I stopped in here after randomly driving past while running errands. Its in a small, unassuming little strip center with a few other businesses. It is super cute inside and the lady behind the counter was extremely friendly. I got the bourbon chocolate caramel swirl (I think that's what it was called)- it was vanilla ice cream with a bourbon-y caramel swirl and caramel sea salts... holy smokes was it good! I'm a little picky about ice cream. I do not live under the motto that there isn't bad ice cream. There IS bad ice cream. And then there's great ice cream. And this was one of the best ice creams I've had in a long time. This place isn't close to my house, but, damn, I'll make the drive. Can't wait to try some other stuff- like the ice cream taco- I mean come on!! The menu is pretty large and everything looks so good. This place is definitely worth a stop in.

Delicious, very rich ice cream in many creative flavors. I particularly enjoyed the Jacked Up Tennessee Toffee and the Michigan Pothole (dark chocolate ice cream with chocolate fudge pieces and brownie pieces). This is the best ice cream I've had all summer!

I was so impressed with this place. Everything is fresh and I like how you can make a healthy choice like a banana kale smoothie (that still tastes delicious!) or go crazy with the treats! They had such original concoctions and even their ice cream and sorbet flavors were very original. Vegan friendly choices and they even have dip n dots...what?!! Nice areas to sit inside and out. Definitely have to check it out!

I seriously had no idea this was here until I was searching for new ice cream places to try online. The plaza is a little bit back from the road and can be easy to miss. I was very impressed by the menu at this place. They have a hodgepodge of so many different desserts to choose from. A wide array of ice cream flavors, fro yo, dippin dots, smoothies, milkshakes, and juice. (I'm probably missing some). I decided on the blueberry smoothie, it was super creamy and you got a huge portion for the price, super tasty! It tasted so good for being "healthy". My boyfriend got a grape soda float and they scoop the ice cream in the cup for you and give you the bottle of soda to pour on top. I thought that was super cool and tasted yummy as well! I noticed the fro yo was priced by the cup size rather than weight, which I much prefer and I think I would definitely want to get that next time. They also have a punch card! This was such a good find and I am sure I will be stopping in many more times in the future!

This place is great! They have a ton of different options. Dippin Dots, Ice cream tacos, sundaes, snowcones, smoothies, milkshakes, açaí bowls. The staff is super nice and gives lots of samples. Great place overall and I love the fairylights!! Many gluten free options for my celiac people.

Wasn't able to experience the place. Said they were open on google and yelp and drove all the way there. Lights were off and unfortunately closed on Saturday at 845 pm.

I had such great customer service at What's the Scoop! I was surprised they had two arcade games and an Xbox for the customers. The staff was super friendly and had no problem helping me out.

This place is owned/managed by the same people who used to run Sweet Cece's Frozen Yogurt in Broadview Heights, and I'll tell you this: ain't nothing quite like the Crandallian experience! Upon entry, the decor is aesthetically pleasing and modern but still homey. The colors aren't obnoxious and don't smack you across the face (like some ice cream places do); they let their cream do the talking. Which reminds me--although Cece's was primarily a frozen yogurt joint, What's the Scoop absolutely DOMINATES in the ice cream realm. You're not going to go wrong with any flavor. Nana's Banana Pudding? Get outta town! Caramel Moose Tracks? Forget about it! Mint Chocolate Chip? So sought after that I've witnessed grown adult(s) get audibly and physically upset over the fact that it's a rotational flavor. Locally, no one does it better. You're doing yourself a huge disservice if you go anywhere else for some lactose indulgence. C'mon, go! What are you waiting for? For them to open back up again this spring? Okay, yeah, fine, that makes sense.
