Truly incredible! West Center Sweet Treats creations are delicious and beautiful! Communication is easy. Cake artistry at its finest. Madison has a wide variety of cake flavors, fillings and frostings. You can not go wrong with any sweet treat need from West Center Sweet Treats. :).

I'm giving one star because I have to. My wife called and ordered a special cake for our 5yr old son's birthday. Madison Scholtz took our money and called a few days before the party to confirm the order. Day of the party I called her to confirm pick up ahead of time. She answered (seemed upset) but said it's ok to come pick it up. My son and I drove 30 minutes to get his special cake. Got to her house and no one answered the door. I called her, no answer. My wife called her, no answer. Needless to say my 5yr old was heartbroken and didn't understand how someone would be so mean to take our money and not provide a cake. She never even provided a reason for stealing from us. It's been a month now, we have called her a few times but she just hangs up. Do yourself a huge favor and never order anything from this person or business. Do yourself homework as well because there are similar reviews out there. Madison you suck at life and ruined a 5yr olds birthday.

NOT RECOMMENDED and BUYER BEWARE!!!! My Niece got a TEXT not a call a text 4 hours before pick up time for her 200 cupcakes and small 2 tier wedding cake that West Center Sweet Treats could not complete her order. When my family offered to pick up the cupcakes and cake and finish them we found out that the order was never done. We also found out we were not the only customers that this "business" ditched that day and we were all given different lies and excuses that changed with each text message. Imagine being a bride on your wedding day and hours before finding out you have NO cake. This is UNEXCUSABLE and UNACCEPTABLE. What this "business" did is awful. Situations arise and my family is compassionate to that, but the order was never done and we and others that ordered that day were lied to!

Does not follow through. Has left clients to fend for their own on the day of their wedding. Nasty little lier!

if I could give 0 stars, I would. this business is highly unreliable and unprofessional. lies to their clients, and doesn't respond to texts for days. save your money and go support another local baker
