Welch's Dairy Cream

Yummy! Great local place for soft serve ice cream! Their soft serve is creamy and is available in vanilla, chocolate and twist (vanilla and chocolate twisted together). My favorite item is the peanut butter sundae. It's huge so I usually get two servings out of one sundae. It's made with the vanilla soft serve as the base. Great balance of ice cream to peanut butter sauce! Different members in my family like to get cones here of either vanilla or chocolate ice cream. The portion sizes are good, so come hungry for ice cream! They are doing an excellent job of following COVID safety guidelines. Ordering is done at the drive-thru which is accessed behind the building off of Wadsworth Rd. The staff is friendly and helpful. I could tell my business was appreciated.

Classic ice cream place. Variety of flavors. Cones, cups, boats. They also serve food as well. We just got ice cream and it was delicious! Cute little local spot. Drive thru only but they let us sit in their outdoor seating area. It's was about $9 for a peanut butter boat and a 2 scoop waffle cone once cream. Nice little place for a sweet treat.

Stopped by Welch's Dairy Cream after a visit to the Wolf Creek Tavern across the street for dinner. My wife and I shared some vanilla soft serve, was very yummy. My son ordered a chocolate sundae and he polished it off in no time. My in-laws also enjoyed their ice cream. The prices are reasonable and the staff was fast and friendly.

Love this local ice cream shop! Great variety and sizes are very generous portions! Kid cones with eyes are always super fun and a total hit for our nephews! I look forward to the weekly feature flavor yogurt change up throughout the year! Drive thu is also very convenient during Covid.

We have been here a few times in the last few months. The ice cream is decent. It's pretty standard. I usually get a hot fudge sundae with strawberry topping. Their large is like a perfect size for me. It's enough to curb my sweet tooth but not too much that's I'm miserable after eating it.I think the one thing I'm disappointed about is they don't take orders at the windows yet. You have to go through the drive-thru. They aren't allowing 'dine-in'. I know some people are still following Covid guidelines I just figured with outside seating they would at least allow walk up orders. Regardless, if you want ice cream it's as good as any and even if you can't dine there you still get your ice cream. I'll continue to go since it's so close to home.

We ave stopped here many times over the years. Welch's has awesome food, ice cream and Shakes. Their fish and chips, Coney dogs and french fries are excellent. The service is always very very good even when they are extremely busy.The atmosphere is very charming and it's a very family-friendly environment. There's always a lot of families and kids. Welch's is open from about from March 15th to October 15th. We miss it during the winter months

Ice cream is always good. Wide variety of flavors. Prompt and friendly service. Costs a few cents more than other places, but well worth it.

This place is super underrated if you ask me! They have delicious coney sauce and coleslaw (vinegar based not mayo based!), awesome soft serve and even better hard serve -- try the kitty kitty bang bang!

Little local ice cream place with benches out front I enjoyed that they also have a drive-through. They carry superman ice cream also but they also make their own always a good experience love this place

what happen use to be the best ice cream . would drive 20 miles to get some ... the spoon use to stand up in the cup now its just to creamy like it's already melting ...
