Sal and Lisa are two of the nicest people you will meet. Sals passion for food and cooking truly shows in his food. He will let you know a week or so in advance when he will be cooking and taking orders. Usually he is pre-sold out within hours from posting. Try it once and you will be hooked. Best Puerto Rican Rice and beans and amazing potato salad. Oh yeah and then comes the meats, ribs, brisket, chicken and pork, oh my!
