Webers Premium Custard & Ice Cream

Weber's is an itty bitty custard shop in Fairview Park. They have a nice variety of custard and ice cream options, and you can have a cup, a cone, or a pint to take with you. I think there are also some shakes and sodas, but that part of their menu isn't entirely up to date. I got a lemon custard, and a pint of it to go. It was so good - sweet and creamy. I might not try anything else, just keep getting lemon!It really is small, so don't plan to hang out, especially if it's busy. You can take your treat and head over to one of the many stops along the Rocky River.

If you are looking for delightful and delicious custard, Webers is your place! They've been in business since 1930's, which is quite a journey to today in 2023! I tried their famous frosted malt in a half scoop. Getting the half scoop was the perfect size for my liking! Just the right portion! Let me tell you about the frosted malt flavor, it reminded me of the candy Whooper in custard form. Soft and creamy--mmm, so good! I can't wait to go back and try more flavors!

The service was great, young lady with very cool hair was polite, quick and attentive and provided great portions. Ordered a malted for my dad, he said it was amazing, perfect texture and flavor. Also ordered single scoops of moose tracks, chocolate chip cookie dough, and strawberry cheesecake. The scoops were big and the ice cream was fabulous. Will definitely be coming here again soon.

First things first, parking is hard to navigate and this is coming from someone with a compact car. So you might want to consider parking at the large gas station a stone's throw away. Since I love ice cream and custard, I was excited to try this place! I decided to go with one scoop of cookies and cream. I added two toppings. This cost me around $6 total. The marshmallow topping was a thin runny texture and just not my thing personally. Their hot fudge was AMAZING! Highly recommend. The ice cream I got is unbelievebly sweet. Far too sweet, which is something I never thought I'd say (this is coming from someone with a major sweet tooth). The overwhelming sweetness distracted from any flavor that might've been there. To me, it just seemed like sugar water. Not sure I'll go back but it I do, I will try another flavor. This brings me to their menu selection. I found their menu to be quite small. Not many exciting flavors, hardly any chocolate based flavors. After the cookies and cream, I can only think of 1 or 2 other flavors that I'd like to try. Everyone there seems really nice and I experience top tier customer service.

Worth the drive! Upon tasting the custard, I could tell that it was homemade. First time visiting here and if you are into history like I am, you will enjoy reading about the frosted malt custard. Custard was creamy, smooth, and tasted great! The staff did a great job of keeping up with the many customers who came in to order. Was impressed with how quickly and efficiently they worked.

Classic old place for ice cream. It has a long tradition of frozen homemade goodness. Weber's is just a small store. However it has lots of flavors packed inside. Take out a bowl or cone and get a bench outside. Figuring out what to get is hard. It has all the classic flavors you know. There's also some cool new ones. A few are even non dairy. They have a limited selection of sorbets. It's $4.50 for a single scoop and $7 for a double scoop in a cup. The prices are kind of high but with premium ice cream that's something that seems usual. It has some changing flavors. Look at the menu before going. They have it on the website.

I was walking around the neighborhood with a friend when they suggested we stop at Weber's for some homemade custard/ice cream. Um heck yes!We arrived at just the right time because right after we got our orders there was a line forming in the parking lot. My friend went with a small that had scoops of PB Oreo and banana (strange combination!). I thought the small looked pretty big, but luckily they had a kids size so I went with that and got scoops of toasted coconut and black raspberry. Just the right amount for a tasty treat! Creamy and smooth, not overwhelmingly sweet. The young lady who served us was friendly, patient, and helpful. I hear they make a pumpkin pie custard in the fall which I will definitely be back for!

I've come to Weber's a handful of times since my last review. And all I can say is that this is by far the best custard you will have. Each time I go, I get the Frosted Malt (an absolute must try!) and the chocolate on a cone. It's just so incredibly creamy and smooth. It's one of those ice cream places that I crave for days afterwards, which to me means it's 5 star worthy!My initial rating of 4 stars was in part due to the customer service here. However, I have found them to be more "on top of it" in the past few times I've gone. I have since only gotten the frosted malt and chocolate so I can't speak to any more "stale flavors" that I highlighted in my initial review. But all you need is the Frosted Malt. Is it one of the best ice creams you will ever have. I am already counting down the days until I can get it again!

Webers is the real deal. Always get the Oreo peanut butter. The waffle cones are fresh and crispy. Portions are generous and always glad to support a good local place
