If loud Hibachi type of place is for you, this is the place. If you are looking for calmer dinner scenario, then go to their sushi side - however, if you are looking for sushi, there are better places in town. We had a large party so we had to wait for everyone to get here before they would even start sitting is down and being with kids, this created a stressed out scenarios. My wife and I were not in mood for Hibachi so we went for sushi - i will say it was better than I expected, definitely better than in most Hibachi restaurants. Others in our party had Hibachi and said it was standard Hibachi fair.

Went here for a work function and they may have been understaffed that night. It took forever to get seated. The staff was friendly and it was a fun experience but it's definitely your standard hibachi restaurant. Nothing special My main complaint was the floors were extremely slippery/greasy. It made me question the cleanliness of the establishment.

You cannot go wrong with Wasabi! Make sure to make a reservation on the weekends as it can get packed especially in the evenings. Otherwise, service is incredible, the chefs are engaging and you get an incredible amount of food.

Waited 45 mins to be seated, after being told we'd be sat within 15 minutes. After being finally seated, we waited 25 minutes while the staff tried to fill up our table instead of proceeding with the guests already there. A server finally comes over, doesn't have the best attitude and proceeds to mess up several orders. They forgot ALL the scallops, chicken and steak proportions to cook for the family across from me so while everyone else finally received our meals, these people's food was just beginning to be cooked. It was the worst experience at Hibachi I've ever had, very disorganized, the manager (Leo) was chaotic and comped 10% on our bill. When I told him I'd be leaving a review on all platforms, he stated he didn't care. It's obvious by the terrible feedback from other guests. I won't be back.

Went for takeout tonight.Wanted Tuna Avocado Maki, which they didn't have but added Avocado to the Tuna Maki for a dollar upcharge. It was tasty even though the rice layer was a little thin. Sesame seeds were a nice touch.I also ordered Hibachi Chicken.That entree came with a salad, soup, veggies, chicken and noodles. What a lot of food - enough for two people! Veggies were good. Chicken was not the most tender, but was flavorful. Noodles were a little in the greasy side but were tasty.This all came with shrimp sauce and REAL soy sauce packets (most Asian restaurants give you fake soy sauce to go - read the ingredients!) Overall a really good meal.Service was fast and friendly.Now for the bad: there were several shrimp in my chicken. Wasn't a problem for me (bonus!) but if you have a shellfish allergy (like my family), that could be a problem!Strange smell in the entryway due to the water feature. This place used to be good. Went yesterday for the first time in a while. Greeted at the door by kids on their phones, bad service, food that was substandard at best. Sad. I used to love going to this wasabi.

Wasabi JS creates a great environment for a group - whether family, friends or co-workers. some family took me for my birthday and we had a great time. The hosts provided good service, the chef was entertaining, and the food was well prepared - to our requests. The only drawback was the wait. I would prepare for a moderate wait despite having a reservation. All that said, I will go back in the future.

This is my favorite hibachi restaurant. I dine in and carry out. I've been disappointed only once in all the years I've been eating there. The portions are huge and the food is very good. The servers are always friendly and the chefs are amazing.
