Too bad they can't pay their gas bill. Don't take orders and inconvenience people when you can't pay your bills! There's NO excuse not to call customers back since you have their phone numbers.

This place is super solid! Great portions great food! Definitely the best in the barberton norton area. The pot stickers are a must!

The food here is better than fantastic. 95 percent the quality of a high dollar hibachi, without any of the presentation at half the price. Why in the world would I give this place 2 stars if the food is that good?...Because the service is THAT bad. The owners seem to be in denial, believing falsely that their hired help is helping. The hostess has to go, and I'll be asking them if that's happened when I call in my next order, and canceling it until she's gone.There's a lot of people looking for work these days, and 99.999% of them would be better.

Excellent service! We have experience with other wasabi express facilities and this one is by far our favorite. They are polite, food is always delicious and you get your money's worth! Absolutely recommend.

This is our go to dinner. Always good. Always fresh. Always hot. Always leftovers for lunch the next day. Friendly staff. There is nothing to complain about. So glad to have stumbled upon this place.

Almost every meal is good, from the veggies to the noodles or rice and meat. Very reliable and I go here often

If i could give them 0 stars I would... My husband and I used to order from this restaurant all the time, but the last two times I ordered it was terrible. I always order a vegetable teriyaki with noodles with no egg and no broccoli. I am vegan and broccoli doesn't agree with me. The second to last time I placed an order with them I was with my husband and brother-in-law. I repeated my order at least 3 times. We waited at least 45 minutes for our order. Got home and opened it just to find that it was eggs all throughout my food. I couldn't even eat it. I decided to give them another try one last time. This time I called in my order which is something I normally do. Ordered the same thing. I received rice. I do not eat rice for my own personal reasons so I called and told them they messed up my order. The lady that I spoke to tried to blame me saying it was my fault because they repeated my order back to me. I told her again. I have always ordered the same thing from you guys. So I don't know how the information got misconstrued. She said they would make the noodles over. I figured they were going to make my food over like most restaurants do when they mess up but instead they brought me a container of slimy ass noodles. I have pics of all of this btw. I called and I guess they have caller id so they didn't pick up so I called from my son's phone and they picked up. I asked her why would I get a box of noodles (which I had to wait an hour for), instead of what I originally ordered. SHe expected me to pick the vegetables out of the rice and put it on the noodles. I told her that was unacceptable and that I was going to dispute the charges with my bank. Her response was we tried to make it right by giving you noodles. Don't order from us again. WOW! After being a loyal customer for so long this is how I am treated. Do not order from here. You're better off going to the Chinese restaurant on Wooster Rd. instead.

Really good food & the egg rolls are BOMB! Friendly customer service & food is done by the estimated time. I've never had any problems here & I go quite often.

Was perfectly clear in my order. I asked for chicken and steak steamed rice Veggies and noodles on the side separately which cost extra. I paid it and​ ​the order was was wrong I called to explain and the receptionist was rude and the manager was even worse. I'll never go here again. Ever since they were bought out the quality has diminished. The food quality is terrible they don't even care if they poison someone or if they have food allergies!

I would LOVE to give this place a 5 star because the food is SO good but the service is HORRIBLE. It's always something when you order from here. Either they don't pick up the phone, the wait is ridiculously long, it isn't ready when they said it'd be ready or there was a time it was cash only. Every time you raise a concern to the workers it's always an excuse & the problem never gets resolved.
