Vino Veritas Cellars Winery

Hot local spot on weekends. It's like your best friends back yard met up with a country farmstead and a California winery. Live music. Expansive gorgeous open air deck. Cozy seating as well as plenty of little private nooks under pergolas Hammock, picnic tables, outdoor bar. Barn full of friends...ducks, goats, chickens, rabbits, Marshall the corgi is on the roam. Don't feed him! Even some pigs on the back 40! Bring your own food, buy from the rotating food truck but drink their wonderful wine. Italian Stallion was a satisfying (ahem) red blend Not too oaky, mild pitted fruit flavors. Very drinkable. Family friendly, family owned. The whole owners family was here roaming the grounds. This place is a surprise, not what you would expect in Brooklyn. Highly recommmend.

Down home and AWESOME WINE. Love the red blend. So warm and cozy. Friendly atmosphere. Topped with great wine.

As I pulled into the parking lot of Vina Veritas Cellars I was greeted by Marshall, the corgi who roams the premise. From there I also met the other dogs, cats, goats, and ducklings that call this winery home. The abundance of animals makes this winery a bubbly and happy atmosphere. The night I visited there was live music including a singer covering Taylor Swift hits such as songs from her newest album the Tortured Poets Department i.e. smallest man who ever lived. I tried the Kool-aid wine which is an excellent choice for twenty-somethings whose wine pallet consists of simply enjoying sweet wine. E.O.D. Food trailer was serving walking tacos and mac n cheese with pulled pork. I would recommend the Berky which came with seven cheese mac n cheese, either pulled pork or shredded chicken, and BBQ sauce. This winery is the ideal momentary escape from the city with its ponds and farm animals. This is a MUST see if you find yourself in Cleveland Metropark Zoo area.

Service was great, as well as the vibe. Very relaxed place to be. I had some wine that was just what I wanted. There are some interesting plans for the place this summer.

I haven't been able to have a glass of red wine (my favorite beverage) in YEARS due to having chronic migraine. On a whim I decided to indulge in a glass with the BF after dinner as I had noticed this winery on my way to work in the past. BF and I both enjoyed a glass of their red stallion blend, which was delicious and the atmosphere was so pleasant. What a nice addition to the community. I will definitely be back to try a tasting is my head allows it!Perhaps the planets were just aligned, but I enjoyed my glass, had a couple of tipsy laughs about nothing, and woke up without suffering a migraine attack...a huge win for me. To me, this says something about the quality of their wine.

Loved meeting Vino their very friendly Doberman. Bummer they were out of the bourbon barrel aged Merlot; but the Sicilian Stallion is very good. Chose the Frisky Filly, a nice white blend just perfect for a hot summer day, not too sweet and not too dry. There's a craft show here today; and another one planned for September 25.

Saw them on Facebook today and came to try them out. Great little winery, nice atmosphere, very outgoing owner and staff. All wines made on premises in the middle of Old Brooklyn. I love the Chardonnay!!Give it a try; you won't be disappointed!

Being a wine club member in my hometown makes me want to explore other wineries when I travel. This place was a hidden gem that my wife and I discovered. In addition to the wine, it also has some meat and cheese boards to go along with experience. This place has an area to play some games and other areas to take a small stroll. Definitely worth checking out if you're looking for something unique.

Vino Veritas is a place you desperately want to be successful. It's a local winery in the Cleveland area that on the lot of an old school. The setting is truly adorable with their cute barn where the wine is made, their greenhouse where the tasting room is located, surrounded by a garden, outdoor tables and a fire pit. The staff was amazingly friendly. The wine was inexpensive and the portions were large. Unfortunately it was not tasty wine. It had a very bitter taste to it. You can purchase cheese boards that are from another local business. The cheese was unique and tasty. I would return for the atmosphere and not the wine. At Vino Veritas, the atmosphere is great but the wine, not so much.

Very nice people and child friendly. They just finished a new covered outdoor space. I would highly recommend checking this one out.
