Vietnam Market

My husband and I had been looking for these guava candies and we found them here. The woman who was working was very helpful. She also recommended we try persimmons and told us how to eat them. We are excited to have our favorite candies and to try a new fruit!

Good small Vietnamese market. They stock many of the essential Vietamese and Thai grocery items. This is the only place in Cleveland that I've found fresh lime leaves (kaffir leaves) in the refrigerated section! Also asian chives, dill, thai basil, etc. Plus many fresh veggies. Important to note that this is not only a grocery store - they stock Thai knives and peelers of all kinds, thai and chinese ceramics and melamine wear, plus wok spatulas, medicines, mortars and pestles, games, etc. There is also a decent selection of Vietnamese DVDs and CDs. I bought a CD on a recommendation, and it is great! The other great thing about this place is the stock of homemade goods. When I was there, two vietnamese ladies were delivering steamed pork buns - delicious. Small but wonderful!
