This is one of my favorite places to go when I hit Cleveland Ohio. This is the best place with the best corn beef.Not only is the corn beef super I love the macaroni salad. The service is great. People are friendly, helpful, and patient. They take special requests with pleasure. They have all the fixings for a home prepared sandwich or meal. I definitely recommend you go here when you are in town and looking for a great meal.

Was in Cleveland handing some business with the Girlfriend. We were on a tight schedule so we figured we would stop here and get us some corned beef. We were told this is where all of the the corned beef shops come and get their beef from so we were like... let cut out the middle and make the sandwiches ourselves. I'm so glad we stopped by....man this is by far the best corned beef Ive had. They slice it right in front of you. It's warm... you can see the steam coming from it as they slice it. The staff is very friendly... we ordered enough to take some back home with us and the staff, wrapped our packages in separate bags, told us how to care for it to ensure it was fresh upon our return and offered heating suggestions when it was time to chow down on this most gracious piece of meat. Oh and don't worry... they have all the bread you want, mustard, horseradish, pickles and anything else you want. I mean you can make you entire meal in the store. Busy even right before they closed at 6pm. The guy helping me asked my order (a simple half pound or less of three items) at least three times and still left off one item. He was helping multiple people at once which is inefficient and prone to error. The corned beef was actually really fantastic- juicy, flavorful yet not spicy, not dry at all- and about $14/lb. Beef tongue is about $5/lb and same with the havarti cheese.

Left my food on ground cat's ate half of my food never knocked on door like I said hand it to me for his cash tip,never did none of that!! Pissed off customer food was cold also,and I requested horseradish sauce not on eaten sandwich or the other one,what are you planning to do about this bullshit??

They changed ownership and it shows. The quality has gone down and prices have gone up. The corned beef they use now comes in precooked and they just warm it up. It's audacious to raise the prices on your product while you're getting an inferior product. I wonder what they do at the end of the day with the precooked corned beef that has now been cooked twice? Heat it up the next day? I can't support a place like this.

Most be different owners. Been going to Viennas for over thirty-five years. The layers of fat that covers outside of meat has always been cut off. Now they slice the chunks of fat with the meat. To get it without you pay more. Prices also went up. Service the same. New people behind counter.

Haven't been here in years. The corned beef was OKAY nothing great. The service was excellent, the gentleman that helped me was efficient and friendly. The place was busy and loud but the line moved quickly. This is a take out only establishment.
