VentiSei Winery

Briefly met Denny at Neff Haus Ice Cream shop and he handed me his card for VentiSei. My husband and I took a ride to New Castle tonight and thoroughly enjoyed our time their! After tasting 4 reds, we chose a bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon (delicious and well balanced) and ordered the garlic/sausage pizza. It was terrific. Great service from Mike, as well as a tip about Mary's garlic sauce ( yes we got some). Thanks-we'll be back!

Okay what a hidden gem! Smack dab in a random neighborhood in new castle you would never know it's here! I loved the outdoor area and the food was awesome! We tried the meatballs with homemade bread, three pizzas and the zucchini flower appetizer. The wine was okay / not the best I have had but I did enjoy the Cabernet! The food was excellent and the service was so so nice. Definitely will visit again

VentiSei Winery is a must stop! I think the first and most important thing is the hospitality. My fiancé and I walked in and our conversation was "Hi, you guys been here before?" "Nope!""Wanna try some free wine?""Yep!"That was with Mike. He let us sample wines and their slushies. We sat outside and he came out to turn on the heater for us, and started the fire for another family there hanging out. He talked with us for a while and was just very welcoming and friendly! The food so so good! Denny, the owner, cooks the food fresh every day, and you can tell. The ingredients taste fresh and the basil is beautiful. They add touches to their food to personalize it to their winery and vision. The pizzas are definitely enough to share, and you leave feeling full without the bloated feeling. The dough is light and the crust is so soft and airy! The environment is very laid back and personable. They've remodeled the entire building and are constantly adding new things to the structure and menu. It's a great place to go hangout with friends or for a family dinner. They have a ton of different entertainment and really work to be a winery for the people they're serving. It's a great place for sure. I have my bridal shower scheduled here and I cannot wait! Because yes, they cater and it's beautiful how they lay out the food! It's not just pizza either, Denny offers to work with you on whatever you're thinking for the catering. Great place all around, highly recommend. Also, 10/10 don't recommend you volunteering to be the DD because you will be HIGHLY disappointed once you realize what their concord slushie tastes like! Gonna need a party bus for my shower!

We love Venti Sei. We try to go at least once a week. We love the Cabernet and the margarita pizza. We really think the puffs are delicious. The owners are amazing and so are their kids and the dog named Dog. Mike is a wonderful bar tender. He's very informative and good at making wine. Everything they make is fabulous. We will go back over and over. If you try it you will love it.

THANK GOD FOR GPS! we spent the day in volant looking in all of their shops. we looked to see if there were any other wineries in the area. this place came up. 5 stars! k! in new castle. gps set us on our way, which was about a 20 minute drive. what a drive! it is literally on a little neighborhood back street, in someone yard/s. we had no idea how to get in! there were lots of tables & chairs, picnic tables, even a porch swing! quite a few people too. i saw a door, let's see! yes! it was the entrance!it is beautiful inside, all wood! i don't know what the building was before, but the floors & lower half of the walls were original. there were tables & chairs inside as well. the kitchen was downstairs. they had maybe, 3-4 wines of white, red, rose. their menu was also kind of small. mostly pizza, charcuterie. after tasing the 2 driest reds they had, we settled on a bottle of antora, a cab. we also ordered-i got the white pizza & tom got the cheese/roni pizza. they were quite delicious, although a little on the too browned side. they must have a pizza oven to be getting them that crisp. tom liked his. said he'd get it again. my pizza said there was roasted garlic on it! i love garlic, tho the older i get the more they seem to love me! the garlic was roasted SO nicely! it spread like butta! i am not kidding when i say there had to be an entire bulb on it! each slice had at least, 2-3 cloves. times 8 slices. yeah, a whole bulb! it was just a little too brown on the bottom. (i ate 2 tums that night! lol!)it wasn't a bad deal at all. the pizzas were $15 each, the bottle $17, $1 for bottled water. total came to $50. plus a tip! the entertainment for later that evening started to arrive & set up outside. good to know. the food & wine were good, not great. a little too brown, ok, burnt! there, i said it! the wine was something you can drink & not worry about getting too tipsy. well, depending how much you drink! they also had a slushie machine that seemed to be very popular. we didn't really get the "personal touch" we had expected. true, the waitstaff was pretty busy, but there weren't alot of explanations. the owner even walked by a few times, but he wasn't engaging with us, more like people he knew. we'd give them another try. maybe make sure we're there for the music. i want to sit on that swing!p.s. go to the bathroom & check out the sketch above the toilet! i know! go check it out is all i can say! i want it!

Great, trendy atmosphere and entertainment. Average New Castle food options and service for above average prices. The wine leaves something to be desired unless you like rocket fuel. But if you just want to get blitzed on overpriced wine and food with friends in a fun place, this is your spot.

Not sure how VentiSei even exists, though if it didn't it would be necessary to invent it! Delicious wines but the space is a magical respite from the world. Former church space with a heated outdoor back patio straight from a beach resort, firepits and rocks and plants and staircased benches for as big or small a group as you and and and....Go once and keep going back!!

Great pizzas and wine drinks. The service was also outstanding. Hidden gem in New Castle.

The food, wine, and live music were fabulous, but it took 90 minutes to get the two pizzas we ordered. Had we known it was going to take an hour and a half, we would have gone somewhere else.
