Valley Villa Custard

Delicious custard that's open at late-ish hours, perfect for a late night sweet treat!

Love the rebrand! They now take credit cards. Great ice cream with tons of flavors and toppings. Our corgi loves the pup cups. A fun neighborhood hole in the wall that we have been frequenting for over 10 years.

Valley villa is under new ownership.....and they have hit it out of the park. New paint job, longer hours, and more variety on the menu. The entire place got a much needed face lift. The staff was very friendly and my ice cream came out very fast. The soft serve was so creamy and delicious.

Easy to see from the road. Signs are clear. Oodles of parking. Few tables in the back.Like most ice cream stands, it is cash only. Signs and prices are clear.This is delicious, perfectly ratio'd butterfat to milk, soft serve ice cream. The creamiest. Like Old School creamy. The best part... you can change the soft serve flavor. Yes!!! You can add natural flavorings like blueberry, raspberry, strawberry, blood orange, etc to the soft serve!!!! It's brilliant! I will be back!!!

They are OPEN!!!! I was there 15 minutes ago getting birthday pup cups for my boys! They Loved THEM!

What can I say, it's the best twisty cone anywhere! After a 700+ mile road trip I was shaking when I saw they were open for the season. I grew up on Valley Villa. Loved it when Dad would pull the car over unexpectedly and buy us cones. The other treats are great too. Especially a hot fudge with pecans.

The woman who runs this place is the nicest woman. She knows my husband and son very well. They were about to close up for the night but when she saw it was them, she came out and gave them hugs and got their ice cream. People like her are why small businesses are so important to our communities. They get to know people. And see kids grow up. She told me all about my husband taking taking Jack there after baseball game. And speaking of baseball I have a funny story. One night the owner wasn't working. Instead there were two young girls. My husband pulled up 2 minutes before closing time. The girls looked eager to close and he said, "Oh are you getting ready to close (he knows their hours)?" She said, "Yea." He said, "I've got the entire baseball team coming here to get ice cream so can you stay open a little longer?" He, of course, was joking. But the look on her face was priceless...

This is OPEN. Closed during winter. Great custard! We go almost weekly. Love it! Will return.

Whenever I visit my sister in Chesterland Ohio, have to make a stop at Valley Villa! Best frozen custard around.

Always loved valley villa as I grew up very close by. However, regardless of how good the custard may be, it is almost never open. Today my daughter and I spent an hour driving out to it. Saw that it was open (there's no phone number connected and hours have always been sporadic regardless of covid). Since they only accept cash we had to drive about 1/4 mile down the road to the bank. By the time we got back not 7 minutes later the owner had posted a sign "back by 5:00". So disappointing and frustrating. Not worth the drive.
