Valley’s Edge Steak & Seafood

Went there with a party of four. All items are à la carte and portions are large. Service was excellent and attentive. The lobster bisque was very good as well as the calamari appetizer. Would definitely recommend all the entrées that are pictured. The Delmonaco steak was cooked perfectly medium. Any criticism would be the risotto was a little sticky, and the crème brûlée was a very firm type custard and very chilled unlike most crème brûlée I'm used to. Will definitely go back again.

We have been coming here for years, and love it. Chris greeted us, seated us - and showed us how to get in the booths without getting stuck - and Sara was our fantastic server. Luke is a highlight - soooo glad to see an employer investing in a person with a disability - he is friendly, efficient & polite.Dinner was fabulous as were the drinks. We had the lobster bisque - creamy without being dense! The lobster was at the bottom of my bowl, so good. They split the Cesar salad for us and we each had a ribeye. No room for dessert, but maybe next time?

Worst French onion soup ever, service so so and slow, no wonder no customers, will never come here again.

The food was wonderful, the wait staff was perfect, and our server Mike was incredible! Will definitely be back again.

Mike is fantastic, every time we come, we request him. Wonderful food with an ever better atmosphere. Highly recommend Mike! You won't be disappointed

Always a great selection for a special occasion. Excellent atmosphere and food. Mike has been our waiter more than once with stellar service, he's top notch. Highly recommend!

Wow, what a surprise! We split our meal and glad we did. The delmonico steak was the perfect med rare!!! Homemade rolls were amazing, as was the whipped butter. We split a loaded baked potato that was huge. My only issue... the potato needed butter and the peel needed a kosher salt to had flavor. Salad was on an ice-cold plate and super fresh. We'll go back!

Don't review much; but have to say best dinner I had in November was at Valley View pre-JBLZE show. Service and sea bass outstanding. The nice local write-up it got recently is well-deserved. (think Kosar's but with better food.)

Food served worm not hot pork ,salad not crisp second bad visit never again stay away

Perfectly cooked delmonico steak. Great service. Baked potato was humongous. Loved it and plan to come back!
