We were too tired to cook during quarantine so we decided to order out.. and since Valerio's is pretty close, we decided to give them a shot. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious... from the chicken Alfredo, bucket of spaghetti w/ sausage to garlic bread. Definitely would recommend everyone to give it a try. This was one of the most enjoyable meals I have ever had. I was with a co-worker that comes here often and it was an excellent choice. The place is newly remodeled and very welcoming. I had the soup and salad special which included a bowl of soup and for a dollar upgrade you could get the antipasto salad. The total for the feast was $7.29! The soup options were wedding, chicken gumbo, bean and another one which I forgot; all homemade and the gumbo was outstanding.

Is there negative stars??? 2 Thumbs Down! When did you start using fancy salad mix in your antipasto??? I don't mind, but there are people that like good old iceberg lettuce! That LARGE salad would not feed a family and the price gouging is ridiculous. You should be ashamed of your staff and service. You don't answer your phones and ordering online is a PITA. If you are moving to the IT platform for ordering, make your site user friendly...hire a UX expert. Ever since Valerie left, there is no structure and your employees are rude!

Been eating their pizza since I was young. Solid pizza and Italian dinners. Usually a bit busy/hectic but staff is always helpful and food is good. Haven't tried delivery in a long time so can't speak to it.

Was there with a friend today excellent service and the Food was really good. Had a meatball sub with cheese. The prices have gone up a little due to inflation. but the subs are about the same size as in years past. This is an Erie Staple for Italian food. they are really good. My friend had stuffed shells and Fries. He was pleased with his order. I will eat here again.

The chicken tenders here were amazing....all white meat chicken with crunchy breading. Simply delicious, until yesterday. When I got my order home, the chicken was gross. It wasn't all white meat chicken. It was the same type of "meat" you get in 99 cent nuggets from a drive thru. Please Valerio's, bring back the real deal. If I want cheap chicken, I will pay 99 cents for it.

Ordered a salad for delivery today. 3 hours later still not here. Called to find out the problem, manager was rude and full of lame excuses. I'll go somewhere else. Horrible customer service!

This place is the worst!! About ten months or so ago, I had a terrible experience there, but thought it's been some time so I'll give them another try. What a mistake, I called an order in, on a Sat afternoon about 3pm, and requested to pick the order up at 515pm...The guy taking the order said, "We got you"...I arrived at approx 520pm, they hadn't even started cooking my order. And how bout this, I asked to speak to the manager, a guy come to the counter to talk to me, I explain to him the situation, he says, "I'm the guy that took your order"...OMG!! I won't be back!
