What a cute little establishment. The counter to order is welcoming, they also offer an dine-in option. The bruschetta bread to start is delicious. I ordered a pizza, and it was fast/fresh and enough to take home. I would likely return if to come back to to Erie as I travel for work.

Sauce was super sweet and the entrees were all pasta and super small chicken parm and meatballs. Was disappointing.

This is the best spaghetti my husband and I have ever had!! The sauce and meatballs were out of this world! The bread is fresh baked. The spaghetti noodles are true homemade noodles, not boxed that "claims homemade". Nice clean dining room. The staff, our waitress, were very friendly and attentive. We would recommend 1million %

I sure wish I would have taken a picture of what was in my macaroni and cheese container. It had a solid quarter inch of oil and grease at the bottom of the container. Pasta was supposed to be macaroni and cheese yet no cheese. Just some oily yellowy goopy stuff. Absolutely no flavor whatsoever. Worst macaroni and cheese I've ever had. The french fries were good. That's about all I can say. I decided to try a new place and was disappointed immensely. I won't be back.

We recently ordered from Valerios this weekend and spent $50. One order was fine but the my order was not. I specifically told them I was allergic to tomatoes and ordered the baked fish w/o tomatoes and the side of spag with butter and garlic sauce. Also ordered zucchini which was cold and greasy. The fish was fine however the side of spag was drenched in spag sauce. I called and they said they would redeliver the side w/o sauce. However, in the meantime I opened the 1/2 dz sausage and it was filled with sauce. You would think since I said I was allergic to tomatoes the order person would have said it comes with sauce so I called again. The manager said the sausage comes with sauce. Had they mentioned it I wouldn't have ordered it. They redelivered the side of spag which was fine however the sausage looked like it was microwaved and I knew it was because the container was all wraped. The sausage was not what I expected from a well-known Italian rest. Really, an italian restaurant microwaving the sausage. You would think they would have at least put it on the grill for a minute. $50 and not satisfied. Order #438. We have always been satisfield with Valerios'. This time...THUMBS DOWN. Order #438

Always everything we order is excellent In presentation and taste! Usually/ always the size of the portion is sufficient. We've been going here for years and will continue to.

Average Italian food. Had better, had worse. Wait staff was pleasant and place was clean

I love Valeriios but the service we had in the dining area . we had a party of 20 for my sons birthday. the waitress seemed a bit hyper and irritated but she checked on us as more people came. toward the end some peoples orders were mixed up on their check and when out waitress was asked about it she sorta snapped. it was not cool. even if the customer is telling you something about there money and she already seemed irritated before that happened. I will not go to that one again. this was the one on west lake road. I still tipped her well. but my guest do not want to go back and when I asked where she was to tip her someone said she is just needing a minute because she was upset. we all have bad days but you have to set aside your feelings and personal life. it was not a good experience

I wasn't even able to order food. I called Valerio's West Erie location tonight and I asked for delivery. They said they weren't delivering to my area anymore due to weather. She was very disrespectful and rude about not coming near my area. When I tried to continue my conversation to make an order for pickup the woman on the phone hung up on me and said "okay bye" while I was mid sentence. The food would have been great to try but I will not now. They don't seem to care about listening to their costumers. At least in my situation.
