V2 Wine Bar

The food was great! We order Pasta, burger, chicken and calamari and we all love our food! My favorite was Calamari!! My husband said his dish (pasta) was really really good. The meat ball was the best part.Everything was nice but our server forgot us sometimes, we asked for bread and butter after we ordered, she never came back, we wait for our food for almost 30mins. When she came back I asked for the bread again and she said they don't have bread, just pita/flat bread. Well.....

FREEZING. Freezing inside the restaurant and service was very, very, very fast. We ordered the meatball appetizer which was delicious but not hot. Barely warm but good. She dropped them off and took our dinner order. Before we had 1 meatball a piece our dinner was as coming. I had the blackened fish special which was good but a tad salty. Wife had the steak salad which she enjoyed. Steak was cooked perfectly. She had eaten about 4 bites, and we were asked if we saved room for dessert. It's 1800 on a Friday night and we felt really rushed. Did I mention how cold it was in the restaurant. Not a person had their jacket off.

My wife and I were here before a concert recently and it was the perfect pre concert spot. Maybe not what you would want if you were looking for a quiet dinner out however. The place is loud and got very packed. This was on a Sunday night, so I expect Fridays and Saturdays are the same. We sat at the bar and enjoyed the music and talking to people around us for a couple of hours. Had a great time and would definitely stop again if we are ever back in town.Not only was the atmosphere fun, but they had some really good food. We split the Buffalo wings and the arancini balls. Both were delicious!

Enjoyed lunch with family after a swim meet. Happy we were seated quickly and the server was very helpful. The atmosphere was good good for both kids and adults on a Sunday. Everyone enjoyed their meals including pizza, burger and chicken sandwich. I would recommend for a meal when visiting Youngstown.

Great wine bar with lots of pizza and appetizers. We stopped by for an afternoon snack (the meat and cheese board) with wine. The patio space is nice too when the weather is decent.

came on a saturday night, no heat was on in the bathroom or where they sat us. Had to wear a coat throughout the whole dinner and on top of that, the pasta came out so cold, not the slightest bit warm, and very dry. would not eat here again.

To start, I wanted to note I came with a big group, which I know typically makes things a bit more complicated at restaurants.We all ordered at the same time, however, the food came out at veryyyy different times. It also seemed that it was dependent on what was ordered. For example, everyone who ordered salads and pastas got their meals first. Then about 10+ minutes later, the pizzas and meatball sandwiches came out. It was a bit disappointing considering we expected to eat together, but by the time we got our meals, the rest of the families plates had already been cleared since they had a bigger jump start on eating. Also, we ordered appetizers but those came out with the meals, not before. Which was a bummer, again considering we wanted to have something to eat together. I would recommend the meatballs, they're absolutely worth the hype!! The only downside was that they came on regular bread, not the cibatta noted on the menu.Overall, the service was great and the staff was very friendly!!

Unless you are known there IMO. I had a bad vibe when I sat down. He had to move all his school stuff and food at the bar for me to sit down, only to be proven right, I ordered food, and he did not put it in, then played stupid like he didn't understand my English or that I even ordered it. All conversations attempts were odd to say the least. Seemed intentional and all attention was being spent with the regular Norms at the bar. Tip given was 20 %, deserved ? not at all. Shame. It's a nice place, no talent at the bar.

Had reservations for a luncheon. When we arrived the doors were chained and no one was there. Our reservation was for 12:30 and the person on the phone stated the restaurant opened at noon. Went to the restaurant next door instead. In the 2hrs we were there no one ever came to open V2. Don't take reservations if you're not going to show up. According to the bartender at the restaurant we ended up going to this isn't the first time this has happened recently.

Wandered into this place after a long day of golf and marginal decisions. Bartender knew exactly how to pour the perfect water, with a Jameson kicker. The meatballs made me want to punt my grand daughter into Mckelvy lake. their stuffed peppers were so good, I ran home to punch my son. forgot my car downtown. next day, went to get my car and got the hummus and i brought back shit i didn't steal. long story short, I'm on house arrest but I door dash this place wed-sat. go there.
