Uptown Pizza Shops

New owners have kept everything the same! If it's not broken don't fix it! Truly one of my favorite pizzas in the area. We are known for having an incredibly diverse pizza offering in the area and Uptown always delivers.

Delicious pizza. Got a Briar Hill with extra peppers and black olives. It was wonderful. The dough had that nice crackle when you bite into it. Sauce was good and there were ample toppings. I'll go back.

One of the top four pizza shops in Youngstown, Liberty Uptown Pizza is delish. Crust is thick, edges crispy but not dry, and they're always generous with the cheese so no "extra cheese" orders necessary. Great for economical lunches (little Joe, salad, and drink + tip for under $10).

This is the goat Youngstown Pizza, and there is no debate. Well done plain pizza. You can never go wrong.

This place was awesome. Tried it for the first time as I have heard so much good about it. The waitress was very polite and pleasant to interact with. I had a meatball sub. It is a little smaller in size but absolutely priced accordingly. WOW was this sub good. The meat tasted very good. Sauce was excellent and lots of cheese on top. The bun was perfectly toasted. I also had a bowl of wedding soup. It was no disappointment as well. All of the correct ingredients and the right amount of each. Overall I will absolutely be coming back to this little pizza shop often. Keep in mind it's nothing fancy BUT the food makes it all better. MUST TRY!!

Ya know, cuz its a 15 minute drive, I overlook Uptown. Now esp in this area there's a pizza joint on every corner, so it seems, and there's prolly a lot more misses than hits. Now, Uptown's been a fixture for years- it was on my short list back in the 90's when I lived nearby. Tried it today at the wife's suggestion. Sweet Lord, just as I remembered. Crust? Excellent, with a crisp and a chew. Sauce? Bingo. Cheese galore. And a side note- best sausage I've EVER had on a pizza if that's your topping of choice. Place was hopping when I went to pick up, Uptown's still popular. Dang I was impressed by these 2 pizzasI'll def be back. 5 stars

Good food at a reasonable price. Service is very good too. I just wish they weren't closed on Monday and Tuesdays

I hardly ever give 5 starts, however this place is easily that and outstanding. Great spaghetti, salad, garlic bread, pizza and service. Higher recommend and will be back

The restaurant is always packed yet clean. The pizza (wings, chicken parm, fresh salad) is the absolute best, even beating out NY pizza! The staff is professional and courteous. They do such an amazing job! They should all see substantial raises. I've never had a bad experience with either staff or food. Love this place!

Picked up a 12" today with pepperoni and mushrooms. Sauce was bland and the pepperoni was super thin. The staff was nice and the order was ready and hot at pickup. I will not order from here again. Pizza was not up to my standards.
