Twin Lakes Restaurant and Golf Course

Boneless wings are our go to. Service is great. We live close by and have never had a bad experience.

This is quite a hidden gem of a restaurant in a small town. Talk about large portions, the hamburgers are so big, I can never finish half. Always have good service, and no complaints. Well worth checking out!

Good restaurant on a little golf course. Casual fare and bar. We had a grilled chicken fajita wrap and Reuben, kids fare. Tucked a little off the beaten path. French fried were good a crispy. Near a very cool rail road museum.

When we don't know where to eat I ask at a florist or gift shop. This time we inquired at The Golden Acorn on South West Street. Two locations were suggested. We chose Twin Lakes. The restaurant is located by the golf course. We entered and were warmly greeted and allowed to chose a table overlooking the golf course. Karen was our terrific waitress. She didn't recognize us so she explained all the choices and the daily special. We opted for the soup and salad bar because I wished to try both Stuffed Pepper Soup and the Beer Cheese Soup. The salad bar had all the basics, I think the salad dressings are made in house as are the very good soups. Chili was the third soup. The Soup & Salad Bar is from 11am to 1:30pm Monday - Friday. The restaurant was very busy on a rainy day. Many tables had six to eight people who were enjoying their meal and one another. A really nice gathering of locals who know a good thing. Karen made us feel so welcome and cared for. We'll be back, as the 12 ounce Ribeye Steak, "Char-broiled just the way you like it" for $14.99 is calling my name!!! It comes with two sides and a hot buttered breadstick. The house made lemonade was excellent .There is also a bar.

Nice casual atmosphere at Bellevue local golf course with comfortable dining room and separate bar area. Great food and very reasonable prices with full menu for lunch and dinners. Waitresses are extremely accommodating and you definitely don't leave hungry. Oh...and their homemade cheesecake is incredible!

During tax free week they don't take off the tax unless you request it. Then waitress kept the tax credit on top of tip. Sorry she didn't deserve a 30% tip. Never asked if we would like refills. Orders were not correct. Bad all around service.

My daughter and I love this place! Amazing service! Everyone is extremely friendly. The food is amazing, extremely fresh. And they have different beers on tap every week! Ambiance is good, great for families!

A little expensive but delicious sandwiches, burgers. My personal favorite is there grilled chicken

Nice little place on a golf course with a view. Staff was nice. Food was very salty on everything ( fish, pasta, kids meals and salmon) . Cheesy potatoes were Yummy !

Decent pricing, Great portions. I was initially thrown off by the price of a "starter" Chicken Quesadilla, That is until it arrived at our table! Great size for the price perfectly cooked, even sauce throughout without a doubt one of the best Quesadilla's I've ever received. The service was fantastic. Very attentive waitress, which seems to be a dying art. Always fast with everything and checked on us at the perfect times!As for the negative, the seating wasn't the most comfortable. It is a Country Club so that means booze and loud antics which can be alright but not in our case with a customer screaming sexual slurs which I didn't mind but something to be aware and cautious of in terms of a family setting.All in all. A very nice place to get a solid, filling lunch. I will be back if i'm in the area without question!
