Amazing Service!!!First time ever in this shop: They were short staff this mor and was training a new employee... but still took the time to open up and grab me a White Mocha and a Cinnamon Roll. It's the little things in life that make a difference; and these guys under that. Thank You! - I will be back!

The place was quite busy when I walked in. There was a bit of a wait to order. They have a lot of pastry options. I saw they had a vegan bagel sandwich so was intrigued by it. They refused to use my reusable cup for the coffee which I get because of how busy they were. But the cost of a small iced latte with no added syrups and a vegan sandwich was $12! All that was in the vegan sandwich was cheese and a sausage patty. These costs are kinda ridiculous. But the place was nice and bussin.

Our visit purchases consisted of a drip coffee and latte. Both items were good, solid drinks. Service was also good even though they were quite busy. Food items looked wonderful (we didn't purchase any). Lots of seating inside and out. Christmas decorations were great. We will definitely go back. Like to visit during warmer weather and enjoy street side ambiance of downtown Kent.

It has been awhile since I stopped in Tree City Coffee and a lot has changed. It appears that the ambiance no longer matters with a mismatch of furniture and no cohesive design of the interior. While I was there, I got a feeling that Tree City is one bad month away from shuttering. It used to be a great study spot, but now it gives a repurposed restaurant feel in a bad way. Like the interior, the coffee has gone downhill. It is lower quality beans, and ingredients. The cold foam appeared to be frothed milk and not heavy cream and the cold brew honestly was not that great. Overall their menu tastes like a Gen X developed it with the cheapest ingredients possible. Service was okay, we didn't experience any issues or anything exciting.

I stumbled upon Tree City years ago when they first opened and it's a hidden gem! The great atmosphere makes this coffee shop the perfect study or work spot. Visit this spot and you'll see why it's called Tree City!I have to say I'm picky about my coffee and ESPECIALLY my oat milk. Tree City has the most consistently good iced oat milk latte that I've tried from the coffee shops in Kent.Now, let's talk treats. Their unique cheesecake options are a must-try if you have a sweet tooth like me. As pictured, they also have other options to satisfy that craving!The staff has always been a friendly bunch and accommodated any of my questions or requests. I can't for the next time I visit home and can try more of their quirky, seasonal options!

The place was promising, location is great, the building is nice.....then we walked in. Walking in, you can tell the lack of details, from the confusing menu boards to the empty shelves. We've never been here, I can see the place it's trying to be or what it once was, but it isn't anymore or never was. The bathroom was dusty....seems like the place can use a little de-cluttering. Maybe as an employee, walk in the customer shoes. Everything you allow your customers to see is your brand-standard. The drinks weren't horrible but they weren't great either. As I look back now, I believe we ordered a caramel macchiato but got a salty Caramel instead. Not sure anymore as we ended up not finishing the drink. The staff was friendly tho, Alexis and the guy that took our order. With all the other coffee options around Kent, this place would need to step up.

The lady there was nice and helpful alon with the other employees, the food looks very delicious and it smells wonderful. A tad bit loud but fine.

Easy parking, Large space, delicious food, tasty coffee (but order it extra hot as it comes out tepid), dog friendly. The young man that was serving us at the cashier may have been having a bad day, but he could've been a little more friendly.

Stopped in this morning for the first time ever. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel on an Asiago cheese bagel. The service was good. Atmosphere is average. The sandwich was really disappointing. The bagelwas tasty, but the amount of egg threw off the entire balance of the sandwich, as all I could taste was the egg way out front, followed by the bagel, and some salty crunch bacon. I have no idea what type of cheese it was -- it tasted like it wasn't there. Overall, a very average breakfast sandwich. Given the competition in the area, I won't be back. I wish I would have gotten a bagel sandwich from McDonald's instead.

me and my friends came here for a coffee date, coffee was great and food too but my friend accidentally spilled her coffee and one of the workers that was working the drive thru (skinny, high pony tails brown hair) was being really rude to us and we asked her for a mop and said sorry and she continues to say "as long as u clean it up i don't care". she was being so rude about it to us and it was just a bad experience.
