Top Tier Pastry

Every chance I get, I take the cruise through Mantua to stop at Top Tier to indulge in these pastries. So many varieties of what tastes like bonafide French pastry! This visit, I got the dream cream puff, a cross of frosting and cream in a delicate puff. Second, cherry almond scone that was tender as could be and the self treat of a cherry tart in a shortbread base. (All, $13) I must make this treat trip more often!

Their Heavenly Roll is absolutely delicious. The added expresso takes it to the next level. Totally love it! Totally worth the trip. The Heavenly Roll uses gluten-free ingredients but made in a facility that is not gluten-free, so it is considered gluten-friendly. New location in downtown Mantua at 4668 East Prospect. Best pastry you can buy anywhere! All natural ingredients, nothing artificial. Tracey uses Belgian chocolate, Italian cocoa, and European style butter. The result is something unforgettable! Ask her about the Sugar Buns ( cinnamon sugar croisants) they are heaven on earth. She makes to order only, so call or find her on Facebook to see a menu and place an order.
